I ordered a delivery to my hotel room. The person taking the order for the room number got it wrong. Not a big deal, as the delivery driver called me directly, and it was straightened out. But he delivered a pizza I didn't order. I called the restaurant, and was told he would send the correct pizza. The redelivery took almost another hour, but it was delivered (again) to the wrong location. After another phone call, I again explained that the pizza was delivered to the wrong location, the person on the phone tried to blame me for the misdelivery. After a short discussion, I was told that the right pizza would be delivered to the correct location. We are now passing two hours since the initial order. The correct pizza was finally delivered. On balance, the pizza was above average. I'm going to order again the next time I am staying in the area, mostly because I believe in second chances. Pizza was a 4, customer service was a 2.
If you do order for delivery, make sure you have the person taking the order repeat the delivery location and order back...
Read moreI bought three 20-oz waters and they weren't cheap. I'd tell you what they cost, but I wasn't given a receipt, but it was probably $2.25 or $2.50/bottle. Now I will have to submit a special form for a lost receipt on my expense report. What they gave me was three 16.9-oz waters (-15.5% less than promised). They also gave me Jasmine G's 8-piece chicken wings (sorry Jasmine!) and I tried to stop the driver when I found out, but he was long gone.
I ordered a side dish that would've been enjoyed more with a fork, but none was provided. No napkins either. The large stuffed crust pizza was good and hot when delivered, although I ordered extra cheese and extra pineapple and it didn't seem like they gave me extra pineapple. Delivery time was as-promised and I appreciate that they dropped it off at my room.
All-in with a tip & delivery fee it was somewhere North of $50 for 3 bottles of water, a large stuffed crust one-topping pizza with extra topping and some kind of...
Read moreThe pizza was done in good time. The Uber eats driver had another order he delivered first so we got our pizza 30 minutes after leaving the store. The thin crust pizza should have had extra sauce but did not and the extra cheese that we paid for was not extra by our standards. The wings get an 8 out of 10 says the hubby bc the wings themselves had very little flavor. The bbq sauce was ok. We forked out $52. For a rather dry/cracker type pizza which I had 2 and a half slices of and 8 wings. Wasn’t worth it this time. If we could have driven there ourselves and picked it up while still hot, and not forked over extra $ for delivery maybe this pizza wouldn’t have seemed so unworthy. So keep that in mind when...
