Recently ordered a mattress was told the first date was promised was unavailable no big deal I bought many mattresses from them before.. Today was the second attempt at delivery. Obviously they use an outside source which I cannot blame them for but the lady who called from the office of the contract company sound like she was on drugs couldn't put a sentence together and I even asked her if she was on something because it was so obvious.. So after they miss the window from 11:00 to 1:00 and at 5:00 when I called the store back lawnside The gentleman by the name of John tell to tell me the earliest delivery that could now get was Saturday because apparently the address was wrong.... Yes read that again after three delivery a three different mattresses to this address now all the sudden the system is incorrect... It's a shame because this company truly used to strive for excellence. Now it's pretty much whatever's left... We will see what happens Saturday sign very...

He explained all the delivery options, and I was grateful for the free door delivery, as the delivery charge would have exceeded my budget and prevented the sale.

This was my second time purchasing from this Mattress Firm location. A few months ago, I bought a king-sized bed with an adjustable base. For that purchase, I opted for paid delivery, which included setup and removal of the old bed. The service was excellent, with Sergio ensuring everything was set up smoothly.

My wife and I put a hold on a mattress from Mattress Firm Marlton. We went back there to finish the transaction, and the number of people we went through who did not know what they were doing was astounding. We went to Mattress Firm Lawnside and was helped by Jennifer, who was an outstanding employee! She listened to what had happened to us and we asked if we could finish the transaction there, to which she said yes. She scheduled the delivery for us with no qualms, which Mattress Firm Marlton could not do for some reason. Jennifer also went above and beyond to apologize on their behalf (which she did not have to do), and double checked with us to make sure that our order was correct.
