Actually sad to give them 1 star just based off the fact I love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately I had my worst experience here at THIS location. I ordered my food and told them I wanted meals, I told them each sauce I wanted, and even checked with them to confirm my order was correct. They couldn’t hear my name (I get it though it’s hard to hear wasn’t a big deal) had trouble finding my order and made me feel rushed out the door (or I guess drive thru). Lady was impolite I’m guessing the manager. She was short with me “here” “take this” and didn’t even say “my pleasure” when I said thank you just “yup” I guess not a big deal but I mean I just felt extremely rushed and not cared for like I normally would coming here. I felt as though I was so polite and understanding with them and they just treated me like they wanted me to move and get out of there as fast as possible. It was a drastic difference from any other location. When they told me what I ordered because I had to ask for them to repeat it back to me (I thought they usually are supposed to repeat it back once ordered but I guess not), they told me I got meals and everything I ordered sound correct. I got home pulled out the food, and well I was missing the one sauce I actually like on my sandwich. Not just that though, I only got 1 thing of fries when I ordered 2 meals. So I was shrugging it off because I mean whatever they’re busy and the lines too long to go back but then I ate my sandwich. It was literally a burnt sandwich and didn’t even taste good. So I was forced to eat a burnt sandwich with no fries or any other food for myself for dinner. The sandwich was awful and that’s literally my regular because it’s usually so good. I’m very disappointed with this location and I’ll probably never go back there. Plenty of other locations with better service regardless of the long lines. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with your restaurant. We arrived at your location on 6/18 at 9:18pm after our movie.
My children the youngest 6, needed to use the restroom and they denied the use of the restrooms and suggested Wawa across the street. I was forced to walk my children across the highway since my husband was already stuck in the drive through. Any mother knows when a child needs to go to the bathroom, they need to go. We are not from the area either . We came down this way to watch a movie for my daughter‘s birthday.
I spoke to what seemed to be a supervisor. She did not consider how unsafe it was to walk across the pike. Thankfully the officer that was parked in the street helped us walk back over because he knew how dangerous it was. As a former chick fila employee this is not chick fil etiquette unless things have changed. I am furious that the employer was careless and only concerned about keeping the bathrooms clean.
At the time I did not know that takeout closed at 9. Until I came in Google to posy my review.

Read moreThe food is pretty decent here, that is when you actually get it...my last 3 orders, I was missing items. Every time I order it's through a mobile order and it's the same thing everytime. The first time I got nuggets that were under cooked, the young lady replaced those and also gave me a free milkshake for the inconvenience. Second time they ran out of Mac & cheese, fries, and pretty much everything else. So Dave added that to my rewards and a free small fry for the inconvenience, the third time I got everything I ordered but they forgot all the fries and the Mac and cheese. All these orders were placed at the end of the night and either they ran out or forgot them. This time I called to replace them and Dave mentions the last time that they replaced items in my order as if I was trying to get that order returned. The problem is this has happened too many times!!! Dave told me that he had to speak to his supervisor and someone would call me next week. Next week is crazy when I've already spent my money.
