We were very eager to have a close Chipotle to our house as we eat chipotle every couple of weeks. However, this location has been absolutely horrible to work with. We have had 4 times now where we ordered thru the app, got home, and discovered that our meal portions were HALF of a bowl, half of what is a typical serving size. 3 of those times I addressed it through customer service on the app. They gave us a buy one get one free reward to use next time and each time they said they would loop in the store and higher up management. However, this issue has continued. Last night was the 4th time it happened and we all wanted a full meal, not half a meal. The burrito was tiny and both salads were half full again. We spend $46 for 3 people every time we go, we shouldn't have to tolerate very small portions. I drove all the way back over to the store to address it in person. The manager on duty tried to argue with me saying they used "standardized portions", which is not the case as we have not had this issue at any other Chipotle location. If it was standard, it would be across all locations. Also, when we have ordered inside the store at this location, we did not have this issue. Only thru drive up app orders. He tried to offer extra meat, but that doesn't fix the other ingredients that were miniscule. He finally remade all our food after arguing and defending. He also did not address my frustration of compensation for the extra time, hassle, and gas I had to use to drive back to the store to address this in person. When I asked how to prevent this from happening again next time since this has been such a big issue, he just said, "I will just take your words into consideration." Meaning nothing will change because he doesn't think they have any issues. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Read moreGood Morning, We placed a catering order for my son’s B Day (Order # YX6J843LZ) for pickup early afternoon on 2/16/25. I asked if all the items were in the order as I did not have the full order description with me, and no receipt listing what was to be provided was given to me upon pickup. The manager which prepared the order caught himself as I asked that and added some items to our order. Sunday was a miserable cold rainy day. When I came home from the restaurant we noticed that the portion of rice provided was very small, and the portion of beans provided was huge. I ran back to the restaurant in the pouring rain to get some more rice before our guests arrived. When I tried to explain the situation upon coming back, the manager stated he weighed all items and that he would not give me any more rice. I tried to explain that he provided portions in error but he would not listen. I then ordered more rice ala carte, and asked for a receipt showing the portion sizes of my order. That ordeal took additional 25 minutes to accomplish and still did not list what we received fully, but did reveal that a lot of the dry goods, and cold food items that we were supposed to receive were never put in our order. We buy these catering packages from a variety of Chipotle restaurants for business events and I will see if others are having this same problem as I have had with this specific location and update this post. Quite possibly the worst tasting Chipotle I’ve had. My tongue burns from abusive/incorrect seasoning. The chicken wasn’t seasoned right, the vinaigrette was over seasoned. The whole salad just tastes like a undesirable bitter/spicy flavor. Giving acid reflux. Idk what went wrong, but I worked at Chipotle & like any other chain, there are recipe cards somebody is OBVIOUSLY ignoring bc this tastes so bad I almost just wanna toss it but I’m not one for throwing away my money.
