I had called beforehand to see what items they are looking to purchase. I had older video recorders and cameras as well as glass and ceramic items. They stated they would be interested in seeing these. When I went and brought in the video and cameras, they stated they weren’t interested as they don’t know if they are I working condition and aren’t interested, never stated to go have them looked at by a camera specialist to check on that prior. I stated I’d be back in a moment with the other items. When I came back in, they were all there can could clearly see us. The older gentleman and the woman apparently named Judith walked away. I assumed the other woman would decide if they liked what I brought in. She then stated she didn’t know where they went and Called out asking if Judy was interested. Then stated they must have went upstairs. I told her she went around the corner. Either way I stated I would just bring them somewhere else and she said “yes you can”. She said I could wait and maybe they would be down soon. I waited a few minutes to be kind..I am a business owner and I couldn’t beleive the lack of respect tbat was given to myself as a person. I made her aware of this, and the woman’s comment was that she had no money to purchase anything more and she didn’t leave the counter..what?!?! Just say… we aren’t purchasing items. I wasted over an hour of my time… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

I actually took off work today to come here with my little sister, who has a love for vintage items. We drove 45 mins from home. We had 4 items in a basket that they provided us and we were falsely accused of stealing an aluminum cigarette box while we were browsing by an older lady with purple dye in her hair. This same lady had been following us minutes before she questioned us. She asked us to show her where it was but we seriously have no idea what item she was even referring to. We are young and short so I understand that you might not expect us to shop there and you may think we are troubled teenagers, however we are not. We had no handbags on us, and we are wearing tight athletic style clothes. I really don’t appreciate this false accusation. I was so shocked and hurt by this. After we were falsely accused, we purchased our 4 items and left, although we should not have patronized this business. We have came here several times but never again. The owner tried to cover for her. If you’re a teenager and have a love for vintage/antiques, sorry but you can’t come here or your character will...

If I could write a review with negative stars, I would. Was in for the first time and found a non tagged item. A woman working there had already noticed it was missing the price, but didn’t correct it. After leaving my name and number, I received a call with the price, to which I responded that I was still interested and would pick up on Saturday. The woman on the phone let me know that they were open until 8 on Friday, but I knew that wouldn’t work unless there was, magically, no traffic. So, I arrived on Saturday, as I said that I would, to find the item was sold at exactly 8pm the night before, undoubtably to the employee who had been previously interested. And the note to hold, only said Friday... why? This was either negligence or just sneaky. This is no way to handle customers. You lost yourselves a potentially regular, solid new customer with this...
