First room the heat quit working and we got another room with an updated heater. Customer service would get 5 stars. The hotel on the other hand is mostly clean but lacks even the bare minimum. Holes in the walls behind the outlets (that don’t work, I think the outlets were placed over the holes to hide the hole); no full size bath towels (literally not even big enough for a child, let alone adults) and only 2 towels in the room; no clock/alarm; no hair dryer; no actual bed covers (a sheet and a thin coverlet that looks like a quilt and folded blanket when you walk in but is just a very thin staging type cover; pillows feel like they took 2/3 of the filling out, couldn’t even fold it to make a little bit of a pillow; beds are like sleeping on a sleeping bag on the floor, not comfortable at all (there aren’t even headboards) walls and door facing are really beat up; no bedside lamps, wall lights that very bright and not good if you just want so reading light while someone else is resting. Honestly, , if we weren’t staying with a larger group we would have gone somewhere else. Again the customer service was prompt with the heating issue and the second room smelled freshly cleaned. Just think people deserve to know exactly what they...
Read moreCrete Carriers sent me there. No blanket, only a sheet & decorative cover. Pillows are old & dirty, uncomfortable wads of batting. Beds have 3-4 inch (not exaggerating) shelves where human dents have been made over years of continuous use. No hair dryer (very cold & icy area in the winter), the apple juice poured black flakes all in my cup & I didn't realize until I drank some. GROSS! The "food" is old nutrigrain bars. No ice, no water, no vending. Had to request a TV remote. Rooms do NOT get cleaned thoroughly or even remotely* well. The fridge is disgusting. Mold everywhere. There are collections of filth around all the walls everywhere & piles of hair that stayed on the floor for the week I had to stay here. Nice staff but wow lazy and stingy to not replace basic things that need to be replaced when this is literally your whole business. Beds & bathrooms. Pillows & blankets. Basic. The soap they provided broke my skin out as well. I was miserable for days & combined with the frequent asthma attacks (presumably from dust- HIGHLY allergic), this was in the top 5 worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The stairs & pathways are also covered in ice. No salt, no care taken. A lot of fun when you're carrying so much up and...
Read moreI stayed here 10 years ago for my job orientation, and this, one more time in June 2023, just because my company is using this nearby cheaper deal hotel. It is still the worst hotel / motel I have ever been. There have been no upgrades since last time. Towels and sheets smell like they have been just dried and not washed or washed without detergent, bed was uncomfortable, and no blankets. No TV connection, no hairdryer. Floor was moped but still greasy and sticky, not even a little area rug by the bed. There was a cheap Home Depot metal frame around the front door with a black mold and rust. It looked like the door was busted open and then repaired, but they didn't bother to paint it. And the furniture was definitely the cheapest you could find at Walmart in the 80s. It was metal with rusted stains and paint peeling off. I can't believe some people actually give this motel like establishment a 5 star reviews just because a jeltenman at the front desk was polite. Maybe they have never been to a real 5-star hotel. I hope I will never have to come here again and I will definitely complain to my company and ask them not to book...
