Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lenoir City

We stop here almost every time we are headed south down to visit my husband’s family in Florida.

The first time I ever visited I got a grilled chicken wrap and there was hair in my food. I lost my appetite after I saw it and didn’t finish my food. I have a picture but my husband said I needed to let that go so I won’t post it. I called them and they said they would send a coupon or something and I gave the manager I talked with my address and a year later still nothing came. Oh well. They don’t do online stuff so if you message them on Facebook or another social media site they don’t respond. You have to call if there is a complaint and good luck getting it addressed.

Case in point: we drove down to Orlando for a cruise the first weekend of December this year and got 2 kids meals and the food was ok - pretty standard for CFA but the girls were disappointed they didn’t get the book/or whatever kid you there was. I thought maybe I’ll send them a message to see if they have finally joined the 21st century and nothing. I don’t have time to call. I’m glad this is not my local CFA. We live in Knoxville so we only come here when we are leaving town on a road trip.

Yesterday I got a large waffle fries and chicken tortilla soup and it was decent. The soup was good but my fries were too cold, tasted more rubbery and I ended up throwing most of them away… but again. You have no one to complain to when you’re driving 9-10 hours and can’t go back right? Can’t do it online and I don’t have time to call to have no one help me so I will just let it go.

I will only come here when it’s necessary and the other Chick-fil-As are out of the way. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. Next time I won’t even order fries. What a waste. They taste good when they are fresh and hot but every time in the last year I have visited here something has been...

I absolutely love Chick Fil A. But I am no longer supporting this location, and i'm in Sweetwater so its the closest. I started ordering my food well done after coming to this location, because it always seemed undercooked. They did away with well done in January. I tried to still come here but the food is always undercooked when we go, not just chicken we have had undercooked biscuits and a few other things on occasion. But their nuggets never look like other locations. They are always super light colored and look/taste barely done. Thats the whole reason I started eating well done because of this location. I order regular nuggets at other locations and they come out great. And other locations still do well done if requested. I understand it causes a back up but I never complained, nor would I care to park and wait or even to come inside for well done. But they just dont do it at all. I love the staff here theyve always been nice and all but I just cant get behind the food quality here. So unless they return to well done I will continue to go to Turkey Creek and West Hills as I have been. Also note they still do well done and they can bust out some lines like no other, especially west hills. I dont want the manager to contact me and tell me how hes sorry Ive heard it already. If you want to do something change your quality. I know you claim its cooked to chick fil a standards but I find that hard to believe seeing how this is the only location I have issue out of, and we eat chick fil a at least 3...
