Read moreI am a bit confused by a recent event I observed while eating at Cincos. A family came in with their 25 year old son who has Hodgkin's disease. They were staying at the hotel next door where a benefit was being held for him. They came in and ordered shots. Another gentleman asked the bartender for their tab as he was "touched" by the fact that this young man had been entering the military when he found out that he had this disease. After the Eclipse of 2017, this small town restaurant was inundated with miserable, overheated, stressed, vacationers that were sitting in traffic for 3 hours; we should know, we were some of those cranky travellers. On a whim to escape the hours of gridlock, we turned into this place, seeking respite from the torpor of 1/2 mile per hour driving. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, from bone numbingly cold mixed drinks to positively the best ceviche I and my Latina wife have ever had. Good luck to this excellent establishment; we shall return every time our travels bring us within 100 miles of...
