Taco Bell — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

No one will wait on you if you just walk in and to the counter to give a person your order, there is a bunch of teens working in there obvisly working yes and compleately 100% ignoring anyone that walks in and is clearly waiting on someone to take their order... it was actually quite rude made us feel like customer service didn't exist unless you were going through the drive through. Very upsetting. After waiting 15miniutes and having no one realize we were waiting on them we decided to order on the monitor thing in the lobby... that even took us a while to figure out how to order what we wanted. So after about 15 frustrating miniutes we finially had our order in and we paied and we waited and waited and waited and I think there was one person eating in the dining area and a small family that ordered right behind us. And so many cars were served as we were waiting.... and waiting about 20 miniutes went by and I told my friend I'd be in the car waiting. About 5 more miniutes pass and my friend comes storming out ... he got in the car empty handed saying nope never again .... I wasent gonna wait any longer cuz I have a girl waiting on me at my house and I thought that was gonna be quick but oh heck no. So we left even with out the food that we hasalready paied for. Hungry and upset about it. It was a quiet ride back...

Well, up until yesterday they’ve been good about giving me my taco pass taco even thought for some unknown reason it my order never reached them. Usually I show them the app with my order and we’re good. This little gal tells me yesterday they aren’t gonna honor my pass anymore without a confirmation email. In the app, you LITERALLY cannot order a free taco without the pass. She could apparently see that the taco had no price (because I purchased the pass) and the two drinks had a price. I seriously don’t understand why she feels the need to be so ignorant about this. She told me to call Taco Bell’s 1800 number but there closed by 4(this experience was after 4) and they don’t open for business again until Monday morning. So because this broad is on a power trip I can’t get another free taco (I payed for the pass) until o can talk to corporate Monday. NO! IM...

Don’t ever go to the Liberty lake WA Taco Bell ever!!! Not only do they constantly screw up your order, they don’t even know to wrap a taco properly. Today I went in for lunch and sat in the drive thru for a good 10-15 minutes. I then gave up and backed out. I decided to go inside to maybe save some time. I then find the manager socializing with some customer. I tried to be patient because they appeared to be friends but literally 5 minutes of conversation later I left because my lunch is 30minutes and the manager looked like he was going to take his sweet time. I usually would go on with my day and say screw it but Because the entire staff literally would look me in the eyes then walk away and not even take my order I’m writing this. You wasted my entire lunch and I’m very hangry. Sorry for everyone who has had to deal with this poor...
