Starbucks — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

Every morning I would go to this Starbucks before making my way to work because it was super close and I usually like Starbucks. People say their coffee is strong but I really like strong coffee. The first time I ever went here I ordered an iced caramel coffee thinking that was the one they put cream in. They didn't, but I wasn't frustrated cause I don't mind sweetened coffee without cream. It tasted like caramel, good for me. The next day I order the same thing, not minding it doesn't have cream. THIS IS THE VERY NEXT DAY I get a completely different coffee made with cream and fake sweetener ON TOP OF THE CARAMEL. It didn't taste bad though, so I moved on. Then THE NEXT DAY I order THE SAME THING again and get another completely different coffee, but it was perfect. Cream, caramel, coffee, perfect. I figure I'll start ordering the coffee with cream. NOPE! Still get something different. At this point I'm just getting it in the morning to see how many different ways they can put together my coffee. That is until I ordered an ICED CARAMEL LATTE and got what I want! I got the same thing three times in a row ordering this BEFORE TODAY, WHICH TODAY my coffee is just completely undrinkable because I guess someone spilled fake sugar in it and thought that was good enough. I ordered an iced caramel latte and got no caramel and a stomach full of regrets. I don't know how many different ways anyone could prepare this one drink, but I will tell you consistency is not this location's strong suit. No matter how many times I ask for the exact ingredients to put into the coffee I get something different. I just can't anymore. I give up. Where do I begin? We've been gong to the Liberty Lake Starbucks weekly (at least 3 times a week), for over a year. Most of the time it's a positive experience. On occasion, we've had our order incorrect, but that happens anywhere. For the last 3 weeks, it's consistently been horrible service! Wait time through the drive-thru has been a minimum of a 15 minute wait and that's not at their busy hours. Last, week, we were the first car in line and placed our order and it was a 12 minute wait, with only 2 drinks and a crossiant!! They have new staff and we rarely see any of the regular staff. One new staff, had worn the same stained shirt daily for over a week!! We don't if she wore it past then because we're so disappointed in the service there, we frequent the Sullivan location instead. Today, we decided to give it one more chance. We were in Liberty Lake and it was the late afternoon, so we figured the wait time shouldn't be too bad. We had the same wait time of 12 minutes. No other Starbucks we go to in the Valley takes us more than 5 to 7 minutes, maximum! Sorry Liberty Lake, but we'll no longer be going there. It's a shame because we could always depend on...

Everyone is nice there except for the manager. Every time I have dealt with her she has been very passive aggressive about the way I word my order and with what I order! I asked for an egg and turkey bacon muffin ( breakfast sandwich) and she Snidely remarked “ we don’t have muffins”, knowing full well what I meant! Most recent I went on my lunch break, with already being there previously in the morning to get a coffee, I asked just for a water.
