I'm sorry, I must have gotten the Sunday staff...we walked in and asked where we could sit with a family of 6 and needed a high chair...there was two glass tables inside that do not hold 6 but are short enough for the high chair, the high tables seat 6 or more but are way to high for a high chair, out side there are picnic benches but if we want to move them we're told we would have to. So we sat inside without the high chair (we tried to sit the baby there, way to low - also if you have a wheelchair you will be restricted to tables as well), the gals in there were just talking and we finally had to get their attention to order a beer after waiting. And honestly, its been a long day and I just wanted a beer. No pale, no amber's were available. Water is brought to you for you to pour yourselves.
Wasn't until somewhere guy asked how food was when I got to tell them they forgot my sons tea. Didn't see the waitress after her first initial visit to tell her.
It was a weird and off vibe in there. Staff looked like they were having a bad day, acted like it as well.
With how much it cost to go out to eat, i would expect a little better than find your spot, move a table if you want to sit as a family, high chairs that accommodate the tables, beer on tap, AND friendlier service.
I gave it two stars because the fries were good.
One and done visit, unfortunately.
Adding this part late, my daughter got her chicken sliders to go she said the chicken was fatty and grisly, lettuce was warmed. Her...
Read moreSnow Ghost was my beer of choice. Imagine Blue Moon got tired of being soft, hit the gym, and then went out partying with a snow bunny who loves tequila and chaos. Smooth going down, sharp on the finish, and just wild enough to make you text people you should not be texting.
The pizza is thin, flavorful, and sneaky big. A normal guy can finish one. I am 5 foot 9 and 180 pounds and I could eat two without even loosening my belt. This is not Domino’s. This is “I deserve this” pizza.
Music is at that Goldilocks level. Not too loud. Not too quiet. Just enough to set the mood without drowning out your stories about why you quit your last job.
The mug club is a life hack. Fifteen percent off beer and you get first crack at the new brews. If you drink beer and you do not join, you probably also microwave fish at work.
Chips and salsa. A mountain of chips. Crunchy, salty, and perfect bait to make you order another round. They probably came from Costco, but I would still eat them in the dark like a raccoon.
This brewery is not just a place to grab a drink. It is the kind of spot where you walk in for “just one” and walk out wondering how three hours disappeared and why you suddenly own a mug...
Read moreSnow Eater Brewing was the best way to end our day trip to Idaho for Silverwood; This place was monumental.
Their building is on the corner of East Knox Ave and Mckenzie Ln in Liberty Lake, Wa, just outside of Spokane. They have a modern building with an incredible metal forged logo on the outside. Their dining room is modern-industrial, with tributes to the Evergreen state's forests and mountains, and was filled with families and friends from the time we entered until we left.
In addition to the spacious dining room, they have an awesome, dog friendly, patio set up. It is secluded from the passing roadway, has fire pits, and gas heaters for what I am sure are some chilly Eastern WA evenings.
They had a great selection of brews, and one of the best Hazy's I had ever had, the Sparkle Pony. I got a growler filled, and because it was my first time, it was no more than 15 bucks for both a growler and fill.
We only had appetizers and were still absolutely blown away by the food, and menu. We've committed ourselves to including them in future visits however...
