Deluxe Inn Extended Stay — Hotel in Lincoln

Well, an hour into my stay I noticed a bug crawling on the mirror next to the television. When I went to squash it I identified it as a cockroach. About 30 minutes later I picked up the telephone and 2 more baby cockroaches crawled out from underneath it. I killed the bugs and took them to the front office only to be told that there wasn't any bugs, I was lying, and they weren't going to move me into a different room or refund me any of my $60.00 that I paid for it. Later on I had 3 Family members and Friends show up to visit. After a little while I went back to the office to get another towel because there was only 1 of them in my double bed room. The owner told me that I had too many people in my room and I didn't need another towel because I only put 2 guests on the check in ticket. He also told me that there were no visitors allowed. I failed to read that rule on the window before I checked into my room. He said if I had one more guest come over he was going to call the police. This place doesn't have any toiletries such as shampoo or lotion, only 1 bar of soap. Also, there isn't a coffee pot or coffee. I highly recommend that you choose another location like the microtel inn. They are only $10 more expensive and they have a swimming pool and a nice breakfast in...

Worst experience ever the staff was rude yelled at me called me a liar and they cleaned my room the next day and stole everything that I had left in there thank god I did not leave everything in there smoking rooms ha joke no ashtray no coffee cable stopped working after a day personally I think they cut off the cable internet stopped working to rooms smell bad not to mention the writing "team bed bugs" on the bathroom wall horrible hotel I would give this a zero never ever had this much complaint about any hotel I've ever stayed this is by far the worst hotel and the worst staff you could ever...

They took our charge card info and gave us the key. Went to the room and it was disgusting. The toilet was dirty and toilet paper all over the floor. No toilet paper on the roll or any extra in the room. The shower floor was filthy. No towels. The trash cans were dirty. The room smelled funny. Went back to the office to tell them we weren't staying and to give us a credit receipt. She said there is no refund. The charge is on our credit card. And they wont...
