TheUglyMotel — Hotel in Lincoln

Will let the pics help with the talking. I was definately disgusted by the condition of this business. NOT WORTH THE $70 it cost. In fact, if I had seen the condition before paying! I would not have paid $1 for the room. There were a few things worse then the pictures show. Green/black water in the pool. Gross disgusting carpet in the so called courtyard that I think you would have to be completed STUPID to even think about being barefoot on it. The Pool and courtyard area are enclosed. So weather isn't a factor. In "MY OPINION" there is very little attention given to cleanliness here. Except for the sheets and pillow cases (MAYBE?). Also in "MY OPINION" this place is open for the soul purpose of profit from _, _ and the uneducated traveler. This is not a place for someone with standards/morals/self respect. I asked the front desk attendant if there was other parking closer to the rooms. The individual stated that there was parking on the side. BUT, the parking area out front had cameras on it. Hmmm! Showed up to check in 45 min after booking, they said they rented my reserved room. Said they held it as long as possible, showed the front desk person my reservation, she didn't know what to say, the owner lives in the hotel, his wife then told me that check in was only until 11:00 pm. I then informed her I didn't make the reservation until 11:45 pm ,and showed up for check in at 12:30 am. I asked them if there was anything they could do, "comp a room in the future" I didn't even get a I'm sorry for the inconvenience, they told me to kick rocks was rude and offered nothing . This place looked run down dirty, they have people living in rooms in the back building,druggies,up all night wandering everywhere,pool not in use smelled like a sewer,with debris floating in it, gross. trash everywhere in the parking lot, with huge chuck holes in the driving lanes ,have a single cone warning of a sink hole . This place is a dump, I am was informed by the lady at the front desk they have many rooms that cannot be rented because of bed bugs. I am so glad that I didn't get a room !!! Steer clear of this...

The first thing is there was no lights on on the sign and one whole annex not being used. It looked like a ghost town. We pull around to the lobby and there's a bunch of people in the lobby standing there, we go in and find out someone just had a fight in one of the rooms. We get our room and the TV doesn't work. They send a gentleman to fix the TV and twenty minutes later he says here's the remote and it still doesn't work. My wife decided to set on the bed and knocks a whole bunch of stuff looks like dog food on the floor from the comforter. So we go tell the front desk and she says go back to the room and I will see what I can do. A few minutes later the desk lady knocks on the door with a new set of keys. So we got moved to another room. They had no ice for our water and the tubs looked horrible. We said thank God we are just sleeping here. If it hadn't been storming I think we would have left. They did tell us they were renovating the motel, but come on really. Don't think I can say it was nice. Thank God they moved us from our first room, but the people around there were just...
