We had the BEST experience at Mattress Firm in Lino Lakes, all thanks to Tamara! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to really listen to what we needed in a mattress and guided us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

Tamara’s knowledge is incredible—she explained the differences in comfort levels, materials, and support in a way that was easy to understand. She helped us land on the Sealy Posturepedic Elite Hybrid Albany 13” Medium Firm, and wow… what a perfect fit. It feels like this mattress was made just for us.

Hello not happy with my purchase and really not happy that l have to pay almost $250.00 to be happy and pay even more if l want to switch up the frame that came with it. If not happy l should be able to do and even trade on mattress and frame. Not pay more money. I will let others know how unhappy l am and what is expected of me to be happy pay more money wow they fail to tell you straight out that if your not happy it's the customer that pays for not being happy. If owner sees this and decides they want to make me happy instead of paying to make myself happy emailing or texting is best it's what l always check first rarely voice messages not good at checking them some times months go by. I even said l would take a cheaper mattress on sale and trade up on frame and was told l could not do that either. We had an awesome experience at Mattress Firm in Lino Lakes. After looking at beds for a couple of weeks, my husband and I were getting tired of trying to decipher which brands were the best, what type of mattress firmness we wanted, what is a good price range for a quality mattress, etc. I was getting annoyed of looking. After deciding we were going to buy a mattress from an online company later that evening, I suggested we stop into Mattress Firm just to do some browsing since it wasn't far from our home. I am SO glad we did! Noah provided amazing customer service and didn't try to pressure us into anything. Instead, he was really informative and patient while answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a great adjustable base and two different Twin XL mattresses (that make up a king) so my husband and I could each have a model that worked best for us.
