We ordered 4 blizzards. One was a picnic peach cobbler but they were out. No worries, we had a backup plan and ordered a different blizzard. Upon pulling up to the window, the employee seemed to do the bare minimum and was not overly social or communicative. There was no “Hi, your order costs $xx.xx … your blizzards will be ready shortly. “ He simply took our credit card and handed it back. He proceeded to hand each blizzard to me, flipping each one upside down. I never seen this done before and there was no explanation. Not a thank you, come again or any thing verbal followed the transaction. We took our orders home and discovered 2 of the blizzards were only half blizzard (top half mixed) and bottom half vanilla ice cream. This was about the least personal transaction I have ever had. Here's the exact complaint i submitted to dairy queen: This whole experience was a train wreck. First, the incorrect blizzard was written up, then i see that i was charged $18 for a 4 piece chicken strip basket and a blizzard. I asked to substitute the toast for prezel sticks because i cant stand the taste of the butter they use around my food at all, however they simply removed my toast from the basket and charged me full price for prezel sticks individually without communicating they cant do the substitution. Then i realize the wrong blizzard was made, and then told me the customer after me used up the rest of their cookie dough, which is what i ordered, so i was just stuck with the wrong blizzard. Staff are very friendly! The place is also clean; not sure if it’s the humidity, but the floors felt sticky 😂 I know it usually happens with certain shoes, and humidity.

I got a kids meal, and a combo meal on mobile app for to go. The adult combo meal was fine. But the kids meal was missing cheese, ketchup, pickles, and mustard. It was literally just a hamburger. I didn’t choose to remove the regular stuff either, so I’m not sure we just received the patties with bun. Picture is of our order, and the hamburger. I did see on the app that it was removable, but I didn’t select to remove those as my toddler likes them and was expecting the pickles.

My toddler was already more than half done, and not at DQ when I figured it out. If they did it to my order, I wonder how many other kids meals they’ve done it to.
