Subway — Restaurant in Lino Lakes

Love this subway. I love the drive through, convenient during winter. I come here at least 6 times a week. (employees-- i order the spicy italian with a little of everything EVERYTIME) I usually have great experiences. however, heres a couple i can list that werent so good. I asked for regular mayo (i always ask for a lot) She said SURE and gave me light. (not a problem, i was happy either way. Just remember to let the customer know instead of pretending) Went about a week ago, and there was a young gal with a male manager (i assume he was a manager) I ordered INSIDE for the first time in a while. The young gal made my sand which, and literally THREW it together. Cucumbers were in one spot, peppers were all in one spot. I dealt with it and sat down to eat it regardless. Same time as my sub being thrown together, the same gal had called my boyfriend a dude. (NOT OFFENSIVE) she said "alright dude what did you get on you protein bowl" It was just unprofessional. I sat down and ate my sub, while pulling short dark hair out of it. (i found one piece and ate further because as a kid, ive ate worse) but after i found the 2nd piece of hair, i just threw it away and moved on. (it happens, i understand and am not angry about it) Just try a little harder to prevent it for future customers. (:

I ordered door from here today and i requested some sauces on the side but when i opened my bag they never put them in there (I ordered delivery) but fine whatever then i go to open my sub and all of my toppings are falling off the sides there were no black olives in the sub just coming out of the side the only thing that was in the bread was lettuce and some spinach not even the sauce was in the sub and I asked for regular mayo and more honey mustard (which i use to manage a subway and i know that more mean only four simple lines of sauce but not over doing it) they must have did way more than the four swipes and my sauces were falling out of the sides. I had to wipe off all of the sauce and olives in order to eat it. 0/5 little tip when closing a sub that you think there may be to many topping/sauces to close take a knife and close it even if it’s a 6 inch so that way all the topping gets pushed to...

I enjoy a good sub but I have never wanted to throw up more than I have eating your subs. The lady who was making my sub kept on touching her hair, eyes, and nose without changing her gloves. The bread was raw and dough clearly needing to be baked longer. The turkey was definitely past it’s prime and should not have been served to the costumers; the cheese I had was a little green as well. My veggies I ordered were frozen and mushy at the same time. When she was checking me out she sneezed into my bag and charged me for a large soda instead of a medium as well as 3 cookies instead of 2. She then had the audacity to ask for a tip which needless to say I did not leave one. This poor level of quality is unacceptable and more training should be given to employees.
