Looking for pho? Mac Kitchen is a spot we'd HIGHLY recommend if you're craving pho and other vietnamese/asian dishes. Especially since there isn't one that is like this in this area.
The pho broth we got was on the fatter side which could or couldn't be someone's preference. But it wasn't horrible at all. It was rich in THAT pho broth flavor. You could taste the Fresh herbs—basil, cilantro, and mint—add bursts of green fragrance, while lime and chili balance warmth with brightness. the amount of noodles and meats you get is very generous. it will fill you up quite good! The other dishes were very well made. We didn't try them but the other members of our party enjoyed the Coʻm and Bún (Vermicelli Noodles).
Service was excellent. Our waiter was amazing. We got our waters refilled. Utensils, Plates and everything else serviced on a timely matter.
Seating: The 'U' shaped booths fit 4-5 adults comfortably. The other tables are perfectly fine for a couple or smaller groups. If youre having a bigger group past 5-6+ adults, tables would have to be rearranged. All tables were VERY clean and tidy.
Overall, an excellent spot to enjoy your favorite Vietnamese dishes. We would HIGHLY recommend the Vietnamese dishes here. Pass on your typical Sesame Chicken or Chinese dishes, get the...
Read moreAmazing food and service:) my boyfriend and I ordered the fried rice, egg rolls, and pho. Everything was great, it took maybe 30 minutes to get all of our food and they were very busy, it’s a small restaurant with maybe only 10 tables or so. It looked like a lot of people were coming and going for take out orders which I’m guessing definitely took a bit longer to receive vs. ordering and dining in due to it looking like this was a family run restaurant with the small family doing every job, including the kids pitching in and joking around while cleaning tables which was really good to see that they were having fun. Definitely be patient if ordering food to go, this is a small place and they do a great job! The menu was very large and we’ll definitely be back to try some of the...
Read moreMy wife's favorite pho place is pho 126 but this place has a really good broth and it has become my wife's #1 pho place.
The broth is neutral flavored, not to sweet like pho 126 and it provides a great base to add your own pho flavorings. If you like your pho meaty and fatty then this is not your pho broth. This pho is light and airy.
My go to is the grilled pork woth broken rice. Oh my God, it is delicious. The pork was cooked perfectly so it was still juicy and not burned to a crisp like some places.
The hostess is also great, really nice and hospitable. 5 stars to the service. We went during lunch and the ambiance is very nice, it's not to big a place but it there are plenty of seats so we did not have to wait.
We will definitely...
