Terrible!!! Warning what your about to read!
I am a family of 4. My children are 5 & 2. We paid for a king suite. First room bathroom was unavailable. Looked inside it was as if it was being remodeled and never finished!. Pure filth thewhole intire hotel in general not just this room. Open condom wrapper my w year old daughter touched. Not to mention a note on the hotel note pad was in unavailable bathroom cou ter said, take off your shirt! Sticky floors. Dirty sheets with a made bed. Furniture needs updating. 2nd room we looked at because first was disgusting and unacceptable: dirty floors, cock roach cralwed across bathroom floor. No hotel phone super cold all throughout the intire hotel besides the lobby. 3Rd. Room we opend the door and pretty much closed it right away. Filthy floor. Had tiny papers torn from door to bathroom. Room was NOT what we had paid for. It was a king bed with a couch but was no suit as what we paid... At this point it was mid night. My husband, kids and myself who is 6 months pregnant was tired. I said its too late to put our things back into thr car find another hotel go to other hotel check in het liggage down and etc. I told husband i will deal with the cockroach but i refuse to let our kids touch another open condom wrapper. Thays disgusting!.
Fast forward... Next day!
Housekeeping! Lady asked to clean the room. I ssid yes, However we are suppose to me moving rooms and be accomodating the right way. King bed and a suite. Clean rooms as we paid and asked and was under the impression BEFORE we paid. We paid cash! I said I dont want me or my kids in the way. She said i come back. Yes i said. In a little bit im going downstairs as they had no phone to contact the hotel for any issues or requests to see if they were goinf to get us what wed like a king bed. I told them i dont want my husband and i sleeping on seperate beds and thats what we originally wanted. Little bit not even an hour later. I had showered and barely put cloths on, before she knocks again. At this point im frusterated with this hotel expeirence. She knocks again! Says, do you want us to clean. I said yes. Explain i just got out the shower and etc. I said dont you remeber i ssid i would go downstairs and speak with them to see if they were going to switch rooms. She says yes. Right away calls another house keeper over. Who was automatically rude. Very rude!. I said to her the same as i said to the other lady. She said why dont you call them. Rudly says it to me. I said I would but there is no phone here for me to. I asked her. ARE YOU IN A HURRY TO FINISH. She says clear and loud. YES! I was ANGREE. Went and spoke to them down stairs. She said she would move my room have housekeeping not bother me. I enformed her I am not botbered by house keeping. That I just wanted us both to be happy. That I was upset with my expeirence and explained to her what was gping on. She tells my i know why they are in a hurry. They dont have many rooms to clean and want to hurry to finish. Fine I understand however the rudeness dodnt have to occur. Fast forward to last room. Everything was much cleaner and up to standards to how it should be. ONE PROBLEM again!!! After a while of being in the room my daughter falls near the living room area / couch. She gets up and I seen a red pill in her hand. I was furious as to the rest of my expeirence. Had she consumed this pill she could have over dosed!!! My daughter is 2 years old!!. Also two cock roaches where in the bathroom sink runing. Not many and not a big deal compared to the condom wrapper my daughter picked up from the cumptuer desk drawer and to the pill she could have consumed had I not seen it.
Overall this hotel is nasty and I would never recommend it. Specially for the high price we paid for its quality. We paid $71 dollars a night. Total of just under $150. I am a platnium choices member and this is unacceptable!..
Something I noticed afyer this expeirence. Is the hotel elevator permit has been expired since 9/17. Its 1/6/ 18 TODAY..
This place needs to be...
Read moreLet's start with the false advertising. The rooms don't meet up with the pics shown on the website. At least not the one on 6100 Mitchell Drive Little Rock, AR 72209. Now let's talk about the unfriendly employees and their lack on how to be professional. When I went online to reserve my room I got to the hotel around 1pm. I was told no rooms were available and check in time was at 3pm. I asked could I go ahead and pay for my room and she said, "yes". Now remind you it was raining pretty good so I sat in my vehicle until 3pm. When I checked in I was given room #407 (may have been 406, but one or the other) the room smelled like a fresh pack of cigarettes had been smoked in the room prior to me entering the room. The air conditioning plug looked burnt and it didn't fit socket. Clothes were hanging in closet as if someone stepped out and would be returning. I called front desk told them about all the above and he assured me someone was coming. They didn't come. I went and found the front desk clerk because he stopped answering the phone. I asked for another room and he put me in room #422 (second room) #422- walked in and it smelt better, but the remote to T.v. didn't match the t.v. so it didn't work. The air conditioner plug fit the socket it just didn't stay in it and I rigged it with something because by this point I'm frustrated and tired. I pulled back sheets and they were not clean. (Hair, stains, and lipstick marks) no pillow cases on a few of the pillows. Go into the bathroom and wash my hands I hear water leaking after turning water off to notice that the sink was leaking and they put a bucket under there to catch the water that was over flowing all over the supposedly clean towels and all over the floor. I called front desk and complained (in a respectful way) and he said he would send someone. A man came and told us he would put us in another room. (Room #431) This was by 9ish last night. #431- no pillow cases on a few of the pillows, ceiling had leak stains where maybe previous leaks may have been. (Very tacky) No wash cloths to take a shower. Big towels were available. Only had fitted sheet that wasn't put on the correct way. Now I have taken pictures of all these things and I have also contacted Choice Hotels. I don't care how much the room cost. The service should exceed that price because people are paying to stay in a clean environment at least we thought would be clean. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED!! Need a refund!!! And the only reason I gave one star is so that my review would post cause I wouldn't give y'all any. I didn't care to eat the breakfast because if you can't clean a room how can I be guaranteed that whoever is making the food is clean cause the hotel is NOT. Cut up rugs down hallways and that alone is a Hazzard. What if someone tripped and fell over that rug? Y'all say thanks for the reviews and y'all will be working on the issues but I see reviews from a month or two ago with the same complaints that I have stated. I NEED MY...
Read moreI booked a two night stay for July 22-23. The first point of contact was with the clerk, who was very unfriendly. Secondly, we waited and waited and waited for the elevator to come, we waited almost 8 minutes, the whole time we were harassed by a gentleman who asked to use our personal phones and asked for money. We finally used the stairs the remainder of the visit because the elevator never worked. On the way to the elevator we observed damaged walls, trash in the hallway, no ice machine worked, and then after we got settled in we discovered there was no working television service. We called and were rudely told there was a tornado that damaged Comcast service. We knew that was a lie because there was no tornado, we were there because of storm damage and I guess the clerk thought we were from out of town, but we only lived a few miles from there. When we got into the room we discovered that the air unit was leaking water thru out the whole room. The halls smelled like trash and urine. The next day my daughter, who is six months pregnant, woke up with whelps and bites all over the right side of her body, and that night we discovered a bed bug in her bed. We checked out and told the clerk who was there, she said there was nothing she could do about it. I will never stay there again, or at any Quality Inn which should be called Low Quality Inn. I have pictures of the water that constantly leaked from the air unit, the damaged halls, stained up furniture, the bed bug and pictures of my daughters bites from the bed bug. This was a horrible stay. We left and went to America's Best Value a couple of miles away, and compared to Quality Inn, it was like a stay...
