When I got to pick up the window, I noticed that the bag only had three small items when there should have been eight. So I asked the young woman what should have been included in my order, to which she replied with a snarky attitude: "What's on your receipt is what you got." Really?! So I had to tell her that there was NOT enough food in the bag. So she called the manager and another coworker to the window and then asked me to give them the bag of food (which I did). Then they all huddled together and began taking my food out of the bag (at the window) and opening the wrappers with unloved hands! Them they handed me back the bags (the first bag and the missing food bag) and I began to look through my order. As I did that, the coworker to the first lady said that everything was there because they went through it (that's an understatement) and that if I find that anything is wrong or missing I can just get back in line again. And as I was replying "no, I'd rather check it now" she slammed the window door on me and locked it. She barely let me get the word "no" out of my mouth before slamming the window. And why did she lock it? I assume it was her way of letting me know she was refusing to communicate with me further. Regardless, it was my turn at the window, and they had already gotten my order wrong, so I don't feel that it was unreasonable for me to want to check my order. And I don't feel I should have to get out of line and come back if they got my order wrong. It was late, the line was moving slowly, like usual, and it is not my responsibility to help them play games with the drive through wait times. You know the game where they take your order, have you go to the window to pay, then have you drive forward or drive around to the front and wait at least 10 more minutes (no exaggeration) for your food.
Also, they were supposed to separate one combo with sour ream from the order without sour cream. This is where the confusion at the window began, I think. Well, they mixed the two together but told me one bag was the no sour cream bag, so I ate the wrong combo because I had never ordered this combo before and didn't know which items had sour cream and which didn't. Then my son got the sour cream items and didn't want to eat his because he hates sour cream. This totally ruined the whole $20 dinner for us both.
As for the order, I feel I should mention that the Enchilada Burrito was virtually empty. It was like eating a dry, cold, rolled up, flour tortilla. It was horrible. I choked it down only because I hadn't eaten in about ten hours. The other food was okay, except for the tortilla chips which were spilled out in one bag. If they would have separated the combos as they should have, then spilled chips wouldn't have been an issue.
Given the poor customer service and poor food, I have to give this...
Read morePathetic amounts of food. Paid $40 for this (plus a couple other items not pictured). Some almost as skinny as the straw. Now we will have to stop on our drive elsewhere because this will not be enough. Save your money and eat next door at Arby’s especially if you’re wanting to get full and are in a hurry because it took forever. The drive through was prioritized over dining (like in most fast food restaurants) but considering that we were the only ones in the dining room and the drive through sat empty for half the time we were waiting it took way too long to scoop things into tortillas.
My bean burrito (pictured) not only was extremely small but the beans are very old and barely above room temperature. The nachos have hardly any toppings or chips and what chips it does have are stale meaning they’re not replacing and storing food the way they should. My daughter cheesy bean and rice burrito is only nacho cheese with hardly any beans or rice.
My dad’s cantina bowl had hardly anything in it, his bean burrito was smaller than mine and when he tried to get tea an orange drink dispensed.
While here we saw an employee refuse to take an elderly man’s order and was visibly annoyed that he had to help them use the kiosk.
There were not clean tables in the dining room. We were the only people in the restaurant when we got here and the employees took multiple smoke breaks instead of cleaning up the dining room. Both bathrooms were filthy. One had used toilet paper all over the floor. I get it no one wants to clean that up but it makes you wonder how clean they keep the kitchen. There are also no changing tables in the bathrooms.
And for context not only do we frequent other locations with better service and portion sizes but I am also a former manager so this isn’t coming from some...
