Rest Inn — Hotel in Little Rock

The Indian lady at the front desk is the owner. She charged me 61 for a room with mold on the ceilings. Holes in the walls, some patched others not. The towel rack was hanging by a single screw. The carpeting had patch work, looks as if they ripped up pieces and placed newer pieces in its place. My feet kept lifting up the corners and I had to personally try to fix their rug. In the shower area, we were only given two towels. I asked for more since I was staying in a double bed room with grandfather and husband. The lady said it costs. Then, we were only given a bar of soap and a single packet of shampoo/conditioner combined. I asked for two more packets but that costs too. ||Overall, the lady was completely rude when asked questions. She called me an idiot, told me to stop acting like I am somebody and lastly said I could check out if I didn't like the accommodations.|| I'm sorry I thought, I was this company customer and wasn't asking for anything unrealistic. Apparently, asking for a third towel and shampoo is too high and mighty for this self owned hotel. ||My two cents, this hotel is owned by people who have no education in the hospitality business and should be shut down immediately. The worst place ever to rent a room I've never in my life paid $115 for a room a double bed especially in Little Rock then the beds don't have bed bug protection and they they lied about the giving me my refund about the dog for the deposit they do not offer shampoo conditioner nothing like that there was a piece of pizza stuff behind the dresser it was disgusting so I paid $135 for the worst day ever they are rude I mean they must be hard up for money real hard up for money and I'm not thinking about protesting the place for how they could how they conducted their business and how...

Wonderful service and good energy throughout the property. They pay attention to their guests and make you feel like you are moving into a new apartment. I was shown the different rooms before I chose the one I liked best and they made sure I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. I even got complimentary goodies for the night I stayed which was an added treat. The area is quiet and peaceful and near restaurants, gas stations and stores and right next to the police station.
