Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

On 06/02/17 at 17:58 a fight broke out between Ashley and Karla (both Jack Employees) and a customer at store #298. The customer was requesting hot sauce and Ashley refused with an attitude angering the customer. As a result, the customer tossed his drinks at Ashley for her rude behavior. Karla reciprocated by throwing a pitcher of Chocolate Shake at the customer, splashing customers and myself as we stood there waiting for our orders. Nobody offered us napkins or excused themselves for splashing us with Chocolate shake. I asked Karla to accommodate me and other customers that fell victim to the bad decisions of these employees by refunding our money, but refused and said to contact the number on the receipt. As a witness to this event, the employees are responsible for what transpired as both employees could have made better decisions beginning with Ashley poor attitude towards the customer and Karla poor decision to reciprocate the attack instead of calling the police. After the fight, the employees also mentioned that they previously dealt with the same customer and had a previous encounter with him but still failed to take appropriate actions to avoid...

We went through drive through there was no line in front and no one behind me. We pulled up and the cashier in the window was rude from get go. We got almost $50 of food so we tried to pay with a $100 bill she was rude and said “we got no change” so my friend pulled out her debit card and payed but they asked for ID and signature for a debit card. Mc donals, Burger King and other jack in the boxes never asked for ID and signature before. We payed and they asked us to park because the order wasn’t ready. Apparently they have a timer and if they don’t make the orders on time they lose points. Anyway we waited and the food was horrible!!!! . I work in customer service and i have never seen or treated anyone with such disrespect. The burger i ordered had no meat just the sauce. And that one star is hell...

Horrible Service!!! Take your money elsewhere! I go here all the time because it's closest to my house but will no longer be going there! I refuse to support this business. Unpleasant very rude attitude, specially the girl that gave me my food, basically threw the bags out the windows into my car (I couldn't read the name tag it was night shift...young lady look like she had bbl surgery) I been there before and this girl always acts the same and it's so unprofessional that she thinks it's ok to treat customers like that. As a food business owner myself I was astonished! I get it some customers can be overwhelming , but respect will take you a long way in...
