Good Knight Inn Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

When calling ahead of checking in to request a handicap accessible room, the woman working the phones in the front office was so kind, nice and 100 percent willing to make any accommodations for me. When I checked in a few hours later, that lady wasn't working anymore for the day. However, the next shift was aware I was coming and everything was ready for me. They don't have any rooms with any handicap accommodations so what they did was my reservation was for 1 adult, me.. So I paid for the reg. queen bed room and what they did was for no extra charge she bumped up my reservation to one of the bungalows, mine happens to be a 2 bedroom, to ensure I would have adequate space to move around since I walk with crutches or a walker and be comfortable. Also the night staff that checked me in went out of his way to ensure my needs were met 100% and stayed if I wanted to move the next day if I wasn't ok with anything, that would be completely fine as well. You know for a cheap motel on Sepulveda Blvd. the staff here didn't have to go the extra mile.....but they did. The room is great very very spacious, clean and has adequate storage space too. Oh and both of the bedrooms have their own private entrance and exit capability and the bathroom, even though it isn't made for the handicap, it works for me. ....5 stars Good Knight...

We went their there was good reviews pictures of inn is good on booking.com with wireless garage door we reserved 3 rooms as we went the whole family to spend vacation in LA.||But when we entered the rooms the smell was bad, bed sheets and covers were dirty, chair in the room was filled with dust, toilets were smelly, curtains were stained and had cuts in them and found cockroaches in every room.||We came at night so we couldn't talk to the person in the front desk because they were closed.||We slept for the night by putting our towels on the bed and sleeping on them we could not sleep at all the kids were disgusted and cried a lot.||Next day we checked out and requested a refund for the rest of the stay as we couldn't stay any longer, they agreed for a full refund for the 5 days that we reserved within couple of days. But it has been a MONTH no money was refunded we sent 3 mails no replies !!! ||I do not recommend this place at all especially for families...

I wish I could put 0 stars on this review. I'm extremely disappointed not just on the cleanliness on the rooms but at the staff member and the owner. It's not the responsibility of the person to dictate all the wrong things they experienced wrong. Please take a look at your reviews. You have almost one star! As a business owner you should be considered about public safety. This was disgusting. I was not expecting anything high class but wow, it being clean should be your first priority! I don't recommend your kids to come here and I definitely don't encourage you putting your body on those sheets rather-less putting things on the floors. Your better off sleeping on your car. If you can afford 10 dollars more then I would try another one nearby. I HIGHLY DONT...
