Midtown Inn — Hotel in Los Angeles

Blood on the walls. Food and dirt. Roaches... Twenty Roaches in the amount of time it took to use the restroom and take these pictures. Tagging and other Gang hit ups on every wall including in the shower where the biggest concentration of Roaches came out the drain. HORRIFIC! Trash bucket under the sink full of moldy water more dead insects probably contributed to the awful smell of urine and who knows what else. COVID19 MANDATES aside the room that was provided was a serious health risk for many other Very obvious reasons. I can not fathom how or why any sane individuals having being paid in advance for three nights would condemn unsuspecting clientele to this nightmare. The management Rude. Offensive. Theives. Would not refund my money $360 after twenty minutes. Argued and y, y or any other attempt to make things right. After Law Inforcement call became an obvious lie to scare me away never actually showing up after 45min. I left to find last minute accommodations late on Friday night elsewhere. Do Not put yourself through this insanity! Pay more for the peace of mind and cleanliness neither of which are offered at...

I don't understand why or how this place is still open the whole building looks like it's going to colapse , nothing is level . Doors and locks are unsafe. Workers are rude besides the cleaning lady . Many outlets don't work . Toilets always clogg easily or power shuts of in the rooms and when asking the workers to fix power or fix toilet or give toilet paper at 10 a.m. you get yelled at when asking again a couple hours later and then manager comes to door doesn't knock just unlocks door and comes into room at 2 a.m. and starts fixing things. Hw stole things out of my room for the 2 months I was staying there and then came knocking mulitiple times asking if i needed my ID which he stole while I was shopping. And held it out to me and I tried to grab it and he pulled his hand back and aaid give me 20 more dollars ... Only 1 light bulb near the mirror with it on you cannot see anything . No T.V. , And air conditioner only blows room...

Be careful! I’m gonna only speak regarding a scheme this place run with me besides of the dirt we found at our the room. DON’T BOOK on BOOKING.COM. I did the reservation, it allowed me to pick up the check-in date between 2 am and 3 am however the manager said that he couldn’t use my reservation (no reasons to justify that given) and the only way was to pay him in person. My friend paid him over the counter and the manager said easily to call Booking.com next day and ask for refund. It’s been more than 3 weeks my money is still hold with Booking.com. The hotel manager is always refusing to answer Booking.com when they call or email and addition customer service of booking lacks efficiency methods. I have been sending them proof but nothing it’s enough. Now they want the monthly statement of the bank showing the transaction....
