I visited Starbucks, ordered venti caramel frap. No whip,extra caramel. What I got would have been perfect if the extra caramel would have been included. I ask the worker which was very nice stating some times the caramel does not reach the bottom and asked if I'd like more added. She might have been just a little sarcastic. A lot of room for improvement. The stores here, even Starbucks, are trashy and dirty. The parking lot is littered with junk and foul smelling muck. The plaza is very dirty and scary at night because there's not enough light in the parking lot. City needs to trim those trees and add more lights. The only time I'll go is to Starbucks drive-thru or coldstone other than that I avoid that area because traffic is really bad and you have 405fwy...
