Del Taco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This was the 1st time I visited the location. A very bad experience. There were only 3 employees there at 11:16 am (a manager, cook and window-counter clerk. I ordered a taco burger/bun taco and glass of water to est there. The place only had 6 customers but it took about 10 minutes for my taco burger. My order was eventually called. It felt very light. I opened it and immediately discovered that the top un was missing. I went to counter to tell manager but he was moving around in the back. I flagged the clerk down to inform her. Dhe took the half burger and dumped ml ped in trash. She started talking to the book but I told her that I saw the manager wrap the item. She said something yo manager and said I'll make you another. My complaint is the time I th took. The manager mad mi as take and as he moved around doing other times, he never took the blue rubber gloves off so, he was actually transferring bacteria. The manager made the faulty burger. He never apologized nor did anyone else. I will be contacting Del Tacos corporate office after...

I was told that 'YOU FINISHED IT !' by one of their cashiers. I took the food out of its bag and asked this is how i Finished it? She told me I finished it WITHOUT CHECKING THE BAG. The food here is good and the portions are usually exactly or more than expected. The drive through is usually pretty quick. Be warned about the drive through after dark. Many homeless people like to hang out in the parking lot, or hide behind the order sign. Some will pester you for change as you are attempting to place your order, while your car window is lowered. There is a security guard at night, but he stands on the opposite side of the building. In addition to knocking on your window or standing right in front of your car, sometimes the homeless people will throw trash or pebbles at your car to get your attention. This was my weekend fast food place of choice. The sudden rise in mentally unstable homeless people have made sure that I visit another fast food location...
