La Corona Del Mar Apartments — Hotel in Los Angeles

Management here does nothing to help their tenants. They hired a lady named Kenise Bacon worse manager I have ever come across. She talks to other tenants about who has late fees . She takes your things without asking and places them in other places to teach you a lesson like kids bikes or your clothes in the laundry she will place your clothes in a bag and then in the trash if she feels you left them there too long. She takes and removes peoples door mats if she feels you no longer belong there as if a sign she will harrass you continuously and deny everything she does. Here is the kicker you can call and complain to management but a lady who is her supervisor by the name of Deborah doesn't care to check the cameras. She said Bacon is only doing her job. Your best bet is to call the police and report this lady and police officers said it will help to remove the problem and make these lazy people do their job. Worse place to live...

I have been living here for five years because is really close to my work, the place is clean, comfortable and the manager and maintenance personnel is awesome, However, lately I have been the victim of two robberies my $1000.00 dollars bicycle and my 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT were taken . The place is not safe at all. I hope the company responsible for this place as well as the owner do something for the safety...

I have lived here for the past 4 years and I love it. Miriam the Manager is super nice and caring. I'm exactly 2 minutes drive from the beach and minutes away from all the beautiful and historic landmarks of San Pedro. I have the view of the harbor that's beautiful at night with all the lights. We have the best location for the 4th of July fireworks from the sun deck! The cleaning and maintenance crew...
