We spoke with a representative named Henry, who was helpful at first, and told him we wanted to book, we just wanted to look at the venue in person first. He gave us the ok, we went, we called him back the same day to pay. Couldn’t get ahold of him. Left messages. Emailed. It’s been almost 4 weeks. Without a reason, we have been ghosted. It upsetting that our time was wasted, that I called to get furniture rental and food catering in order and was waiting on a response from the venue, which wasted the time of those businesses as well. Extremely pleased with the customer service, staff, Rosie and Henry are just awesome. My event which was a Graduation for both of my kids UCLA andUCI turned out to be a success. The location, weather, and hall setting were just spectacular. I highly recommend this location, it's high end and very affordable if you have the right vendors. Rosie and Henry made it so easy and accessible to us. I would definetely come back and recommend to anyone. Our guest took beautiful photos and were thrill with the setting. My partner and I found this venue by attending a wedding here. We were interested in having our wedding here as well. We started our planning back in 2019 for a date in 2020. Due to pandemic, that was pushed back twice, once to a date in 2021, then to a date in 2022. Still were not able to land on our feet to proceed with the event because of pandemic.
Throughout the experience, I found that the correspondence was a little rough. It has not been easy to get in touch with the rep. The last couple of emails before we past the cut off for our date were not answered.
