We just left the store, I'm in desperate need of a new phone. I was sent an email with several offers/deals & when I got to the store I was asked for a code (which wasn't provided in the email). Needless to say, about 30 mins later we left without a phone. However, the store rep was very professional, helpful & courteous in explaining the steps he was taking to resolve the matter. He reached out to the Boost rep & another sales associate. He told me he will call as soon as he gets some sort of answer so I can return to get a new phone.
