I ordered a 16 piece mild bone out wings. I waited 50 minutes to receive my food, but that isn’t what upset me. I understand there are other customers that need to be helped as well, but when i received my wings they were PLAIN, no sauce, even though the box has a “mild” sticker on it. I understand that mistakes happen, so i called to asked to replace my order. I was placed on hold, i waited more than 8 minutes before deciding to use a friends phone to call & ask for a manager, the manager picked up within 2 minutes! Upon telling the manager what happened, he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL telling his employees i said there “wasn’t enough sauce”, when i could hear him. I corrected him and told him there was NO sauce. He then proceeded to tell his employees i wanted extra sauce, again to where i could hear him, which again is unprofessional. He told me it would be about 30 minutes before my food would be here and that they would want me to exchange my wings. I don’t mind exchanging them, i don’t want them being that there isn’t any sauce, but to me, that implies that I’m not telling the truth. What are they even going to do with the wings i give back? Give them to someone else? Again, i don’t mind giving them back being that they aren’t the kind i want, i just feel like the manager could’ve handled it in a much more professional manner. Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE. This restaurant has really gone downhill since the last time I ate there, and it looks nothing like the pictures on this page. This location is completely sketchy looking and dirty, it was so bad that we first assumed the place had closed down. Chairs, boxes and other items stacked in the front dining room like it was a storage area. Unfortunately we made the mistake of pulling up to the drive through window and ordering before we noticed these problems. The employee that took the order over charged us. When we came back 15 minutes later like the person that took our order told us to do, our wings were luke warm, food looked horrible, and the employee handed us our wings with his bare hands through the window with no bag. We asked to speak to the manager and just got blank stares from the employee, and the manager took forever coming to the window. And when we finally spoke to the manager (the guy who originally took the order) he refused to redo our order or fully refund our money. He did however correct the overcharge. And kept the receipt so we couldn't complain. My daughter cried when we left because she was scared to eat the food. We ended up just throwing it in the garbage. This was THE worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life. This location just needs to be shut down, I'll NEVER eat...
Read moreI was walking home from my work to my apartment over off of Lipps lane one night. On the way to my apartment, i passed Pizza Hut. While i was passing Pizza Hut, two angry men and a wild dog jumped out from behind the dumpster. They had stern looks on their face as they sorrounded me. The larger of the two angry men began asking me about the $5 dollar lineup. "What is on the $5 dollar line-up" he screamed at me. I didn't know the answer and the wild dog looked very dissapointed in me. That's when Bryan opened the back door, i guess he overheard. He began screaming " Medium Pizza, Breadsticks, 8 peice Boneless Wings". Those were the items on the $5 dollar line-up. Bryan saved me from the two angry men and the dog was no longer disapointed. Lucky decided to make me a pizza for free becuase of what happened. The two men and the dog seemed to really like thier food. They were really impressed by Nicki's customer service, and so was I (also she is very cute). I will plan to visit this store again and hopefully I won't get jumped by two men who are confused about the $5 dollar...
