I've been staying here for three weeks, since I've been here three staff has been harassing me, telling me I've had to much company, when it was just my family helping bring my clothes and belongings..... Then told me I can't refuse housekeeping even though I'm sleeping because I work 50 hours a week..... Called the police on me because the manager lady was yelling at me so I yelled back, about a piece of furniture I know nothing about..... I don't do anything but go to work and come home and not bother anyone, they've been looking through my peep hole, calling the room phone just breathing and then 2 doors down I smelled decaying flesh..... They have a vending machine that has no out of service sign or a 1800 number to contact when it takes your money because it will matter of fact the husband claims he doesn't even know who the vendor is..... The manager says she can talk to you how she wants, come in your room 24/7 and you either take it or leave...... They don't even fix things I have to slam my door 20 times literally for it to close and the husbands suggested just slam it really hard from the inside.....I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here unless you like being miserable and mistreated......
Update: I was told yesterday that as long as we did what they asked us to do and was not going to refuse housekeeping I can renew my room, because I just moved to the area and I'm looking for a place.... We went down before work to pay and was told by the attendant at the desk that we could not renew until we speak to the manager/ owner so she says, so now I'm missing work just to wait to speak to her, this is in walking distance to my job that's why I even chose this...
Read morePlease call corporate if you're having any problems with this location. We need to hold these managers to their franchise's policies.
The facilities were great here, besides the fact that the last day we were there we couldn't get into our room. Not sure what happened with the door but the key card no longer worked.
The management at this location is terrible. I've seen so many reviews at this point about "pet deposits" which is absolutely đŻ against Motel 6's policy. (They only charge pet deposits for Studio 6 which this location is not)
We were staying at this location for two days and decided on the 2nd day to pay for another day just so we could sleep a little bit before traveling again.
The manager was in the office (which they kept locked for the whole time we were there, didn't provide a list of their policies whatsoever) and she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a Motel 6.
She called us out about our dogs, implying we never disclosed them, and that we'd need to pay a pet deposit IN CASH? Obviously I declined that. I'm sorry but I've been scammed enough.
We were then told when we were checking out that if our dogs stayed on the bed at all, we wouldn't be getting our deposit back for "extra cleaning." Last I checked they had to clean the sheets between visits so not really sure how that's extra cleaning.
I feel we had ours refunded but that was only because we called corporate and let the overnight worker at the location know that we did so.
Be careful with this location, politely remind them of their company's policies. It's time for us consumers to take back the market and for scummy franchise owners to be held accountable for...
Read moreI walked in and was polite, told the guy I had a reservation and my name. He confirmed that he had the booking. I asked him if the room would be on the ground floor. He looked at me odd, and then I said "The room was listed as accessible-" and he cut me off rudely, saying he had to look in the system. I was taken aback by his hostility as I was speaking conversationally. He did not give me an ADA accessible room. He did not even look at my phone where I pulled up my reservation. I had difficulty using the shower and toilet. The wifi did not work and the handwriting was difficult to read. I went to sleep at 9:30 pm and the place was quiet, however I woke up at 2:30 am in serious pain because the bed was so uncomfortable. It had no box spring, was just a mattress on a wire frame. I never went back to sleep. If this is how you treat disabled American veterans, then you don't deserve business from other folks either. These foreigners are resentful and are lowering the standards for everyone, all the while being angry and deceptive. Is that how you want your aunt, uncle, or kids to be treated in the future? How about your disabled grandma? Next morning some old foreigner workers were hanging around my room listlessly 30 minutes before checkout, creeping around the corner as I was loading my car, sneaking up on me and making it difficult to load my car and walk undisturbed by people who had no purpose to be there. I saw the guy and said the room was not accessible. He said he did not have handicapped rooms, proving he just wanted to shut me up the previous day and get my money. Not...
