I've been due for a major bed upgrade for some time. I've used a twin memory bed for as long as I can remember. I did a lot research and window shopping at various mattress stores. Some are way overpriced and I know the employees try to make big sales by pushing "deals" but this was different. Jim at Mattress firm was very professional and patient. I came to this location for almost a month and a half. I laid on beds and told him I wasn't going buy anything but to check the mattresses out. I think it's ridiculous paying more than $500 for a bed. Well, it was time to consider something over my price to invest in my sleep and health overall. Jim answered all my questions and hypothetical scenarios. I know purple is expensive but it's a whole new breed of sleep comfort. Purple really had to invest in a machine to produce big size of their "purple" material. I could of purchase online but Jim earned my business and trust by providing options to pay off my mattress and power base. I was hesitant in making this purchase in the end but I did remember Mattress firm adds another 20 days to Purples 100 day sleep trial. I can return it but there are some fees estimated to $100+ and more but he was straight forward on the return fees and what to expect. In the end, I decided to buy my purple and take the offer from Jim at Mattress firm and see how this will be. I been shopping for a new bed for over a year, it was time. If you still feel this isn't enough to invest in a pricey bed theres a return policy and read up on it and decided from there. Omg! My mattress experience have been going on since Father’s Day 2020; I initially placed a order online which I will never do again & then I received my Mattress and it was too Hard so I requested a upgrade, upon receiving the upgrade the mattress was damaged so I had to exchange that out so I had been trying to adjust to the exchange since early July and it just wasn’t working for me so I elected to stop in to mattress firm on Liberia ave a week ago Friday and disgust my issues with a sales rep name Kati, she in turn said she was going to reach out to her district manager & see what they could do for me, so Kati was off until the following Wednesday and I decided to give her a call on this past Friday so she told me they could help me I went in & due to the sale it was crazy so I decided to return on Saturday. Kati went over and above the call of duty to assist me in resolving this issue, I have gotten a upgrade that I’m highly satisfied with and the entire transaction was done in a timely manner. Kati offered excellent customer assistance and if I ever have to but another mattress I will definitely be giving her a call. I am so happy and satisfied I can scream.. I could not be more grateful (and relieved) that the person who answered my phone call today was Louie. Oh my gosh, she was a godsend. She spent a BUNCH of time over the phone with me (we had specific parameters trying to match a bed that my mother has in Los Angeles from a mattress maker who ONLY sells in LA - so could not get here). Louie talked me through several options and how they were similar in make up to the bed we were trying to match. So I drove in to test drive the beds and amazingly, she showed me the least expensive bed first. I appreciate that - she was not trying to oversell me.

After I tried all the beds that met our criteria, I came back later with my husband to get his thoughts on the 3 finalists. We chose and the sale was done super fast. I don't think I have ever bought a bed this quickly (they are not cheap - and you have to really do your footwork). But Louie was truly stellar and made the process a no brainer for us. Also she did not pressure is in ANY way. I could not be happier! If you need a new bed - definitely go see her. She will take great care of you.
