Primo Pizzeria — Restaurant in Manassas

Been there, tried it, moving on. The pizza was ok, but not outstanding, or flavorful. It was standard- Slightly better than the status quo for pizza in Manassas. Drink (soda) was served Very warm- it had ice but by time I was done here, it was still warm. Seems the soda was stored next to something hot. The mixed decor/theme is confusing- stereotypical gestures at Italian eatery/50's American Dinner part Art Deco...served on 1990's Country Farm/Homestead design plates? Indoors could also use some airflow to move the unpleasant kitchen odor out. At least it was not 55 degrees inside to save money.

The silverware- I really don't appreciate Dirty, Rusted, Pitted, silverware. Unacceptable for any restaurant. There is No reason not to periodically inspect and replace cheap silverware. If you're paying employees to spend time wrapping silverware in napkins for presentation, then there is no reason they can't inspect and dispose of the junk. It's not the customer's job to bring these issues up- the business needs to quality control what they are selling.

4 stars for the service- staff was very nice, not rude, items were served timely and in order, and for those concerned, Primo Pizzeria seemed fairly COVID conscious while I was there. Don't know how well things are cleaned down, but the appropriate attitude about it was there.

This place has ripped me off for the last time. I've never seen a company so cheap. Ordered a club sub the other day that was literally a ham sandwich. Supposed to come with Turkey, ham, and bacon. It literally had 2 pieces of ham cheese and mayonnaise on it like are you kidding me? They have a deal online with an 8 inch sub that's supposed to come with frys and for some reason it never actually comes with frys 😠 why advertise a special if you're to cheap to actually follow through with everything it's supposed to come with? They're delivery time is absolutely terrible so when you're hungry and you wait an hour in a half just for them to get your order wrong it's pretty frustrating. Save your time and save your money and just go somewhere else the owner is a a** too so good luck getting a refund if they mess your order up. Dude is lucky most people aren't petty enough to really pursue...

Nice staff. Arrived at 1140am and placed an order for 2 pizzas, one sub a 2liter Coke and an appetizer. Was given a 40 minute pick up time - asked for earlier. Was told they "would try". No other customers in the restaurant. Did some errands and returned at 1155. Order not ready. Waited 15 minutes longer for everything then was told the Come was not cold because their cooler was broken-but repair was expected Monday (2 days later). Pizzas were ok. Appetizer (calamari) was not good, heavily breaded and most definitely from frozen stock. Steak and cheese was good. Size/portion not impressive for price. Overall order was $70+ Not worth it. Would have appreciated at least being told the Coke would be warm - I had plenty of time to go to the grocery store to get cold soda before everything...
