I feel the bed is comfortable, however, lots of beds have the same features and cost much less. I am in Maui and if you move you need an experienced sleep number rep to take it apart and put it back together again. $250 to take apart and $250 to put back together and it is against policy to perform both tasks on the same day. If you have anything that needs repair, you have to fly two people round trip to look at the problem, order parts and return flight to complete. They say you can do these tasks yourself however this is heavy equipment and my husband is 87 and I am 82. Doesn’t matter says service dept. policy is policy. By the way, this service person is located in MN or Michigan and the fact that you have nothing to sleep on for a few days is regrettable but he has to follow policy.
