Mattress Firm Mayfield — Hotel in Mayfield Heights

I bought 2 mattresses from Mayfield hts location. The salesman was Kevin who I believe to a certain extent was trying to be helpful however I had a scheduled delivery for Sunday the window time was from 4-7pm I called around 6pm because I had plans after 7 and I wanted to make sure that the moving team would be on time. Kevin tells me that they have no way to contact their moving team but assures me they will call if they will be late. The moving team calls at 6:50 and says they will arrive at 7p and that they are right around the corner. I let them know that its important they come at 7 because I have plans right after. Long story short at 7:10 I call the moving team because they're no where to be found and they tell me that the GPS took them to a different town with the same address and they will be another 20minutes. I had to cancel and on top of that sleep elsewhere because my children, husband and I had no beds. I call the next morning and explain what happened and I get a new delivery date for TUESDAY which I think is complete bull!!... Kevin explained that they were booked but that was their mistake for messing up in the first place....AGAIN we had to stay somewhere else another night....Tuesday is here.. the moving team arrives within the window they bring the beds but not the mattress covers so once again I call Kevin back he apologizes and tells me that I can pick them up from another store close by and in return he will comp my troubles with a free set of pillows....Woopdi Dew!! did I mention that I drove out to their warehouse in solon to pick of the bedframes because they were out of those completely around the entire area...he said without a doubt they would fit in my kia soul....I had no idea Kevin was quite the jokester! they went thru the trunk all the way on top of the dashboard...what an uncomfortable ride. Bottom line this place has nice beds but its just to much of a hassle...you pay all this money and yet your picking pieces up from here and there. I would have rather gone somewhere more prepared and organized... more than anything I hate I had to drag two kids along...

So I previously wrote a review about how seamless Brandi and George made it buying a mattress and they did. However, my issues did not start with Mattress Firm until my items were delivered.

So on delivery day they said that they would be coming to drop off my items any time from 5-8. I get a call at 7 saying that I am the last delivery of the day and that they are running late. They did not get to my apartment until 7:45.

When they got there they brought in my box springs and mattress. They went back on the truck to look for my mattress protector. Apparently they forgot to put it on the truck. I asked if I could pick it up in stores the next day and the delivery man said yes. So the next day I drive 30 minutes to the store. It was a holiday weekend and it was several couples in there with only 2 employees working. Why they wouldn't have more than 2 employees working on a HOLIDAY weekend with sales is beyond me. After waiting 10-15 minutes someone came over to ask me if i needed help. I told her my name and that i was there to pick up my mattress. After another 10-15 minutes of her looking me up in the system and greeting people she tells me that they dont sell that mattress protector in stores or at any store. I leave the store and call customer service and I was able to go to their warehouse to pick it up later that day.

I was upset because i wasted gas and time all to get something that was suppose to be...

I purchased my first TEMPUR-ProAdapt firm mattress full prime at the Mayfield Supercenter. Jodian gave me a warm welcome and asked how she could help me. I never expected what came next. She invited me to get comfortable on this particular mattress after answering a few preliminary questions. She invited me to relax for as long as I liked. Jodian demonstrated how to use the remote for all the different positions this adjustable mattress could do. I was so relaxed. My spine and lower back relaxed. She suggested I try my usual side-lying position. I had no pain in my left hip. The massage mode was delightful. She moved around to talk to me no matter which way I was facing. She recommended other item that would prolong the life of my new purchase. I decided to also purchase an adjustable bed for my guest bedroom. This was the most awesome and relaxing shopping/sale event I have ever had in my life. Everyone should have this experience. When I reluctantly got up, my whole body felt like I had been to a spa and had received a massage. I could walk straight. My first night was a dream. I stood up the next morning and nothing hurt.
