I bought a mattress a few months ago and was promised that when I buy the second one they would match the price and they did not honor their commitment. Last week I went in to buy a mattress paid for it was promised delivery by the end of the week and the day of delivery I called and they said oh we're sorry we won't have it for another 2 weeks. I said I needed it right away because I had no mattress because I had given away the mattress the night before scheduled delivery. They were nasty and did not want to work with me. Just an update, after I posted my comments I received a reply from management that they wanted to discuss the issue and gave me an email to respond to which I did or two weeks ago and no one got back to me. Secondly I was promised a refund within 10 to 14 days we are coming home to three weeks now still haven't received anything I called them back and they told me they don't know why but they wanted my credit card again so they can issue me a refund which will take another three to five days. No excuse running a business this way. We'll see what...

We met Bob Faison last year when we decided to get a new mattress. We were leaving for Florida and unable to purchase it at that time. We just got back from Florida and went to sleep outfitters. Bob remembered us. He is an extremely patient and informative salesman. He took his time with us and explained everything about the mattresses. He explained about the coils and the foam and the difference between pillow tops and non-pillow tops. He has a true grasp of the product that he is selling, and he did not try to push us into any purchase that we weren’t interested in. My household experienced some 8unwanted house guests, which led me to Mattress Warehouse. My first visit was just to window shop. James was the associate, who was personable, knowledgeable & professional. He answered my questions, gave reassurance w/o judgement, and gave great customer service.

My second visit, when I was ready to actually price the beds, was with Andre, who was also personable, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to decide on the beds I wanted, he gave me a written estimates quote and answered all my questions.
