Amazing location, as of my current third quarter 2022 visit to purchase a meal/dinner from this location, great staff who are actually very professional and don't have the "I hate working today, I can't wait to get off" disposition that you sometimes may encounter from staff at certain other places which translates into everything they're doing while at work.
Was so refreshing and inspiring to experience the staff having pride in their work and handling customer's orders request so professionally. I dined indoors at this location and was there for about 30 minutes dinning-in, then I took the remainder as takeout to go and completed my meal at home.
The portion sizes at this location are fair during my experience, they do not try to cheat you like some other places I have been. And there are optional pasta "toppings" that you can pay reasonably extra cost if you want more portion size. The food was so delicious so I ate most of my meal before I took photo of meal, I ordered "Made-To-Order Carbonara Pasta" dish, customized it, I only selected vegetarian options for my order, some parts of the dish in my photos that look like "chicken" is actually "Artichoke", just to clarify. I also paid for some additional toppings that have a reasonable /accurate cost.
I added the photo of meal, taken right before I completed eating the remainder of my order. Deliciouso and I truly enjoyed the entire meal. I don't want Piada to take their Delicious items as a sign to raise cost or do any changes that aren't needed or may worsen the experience though.
Overall, to be honest I have to rate the experience at this location a 5 out of 5. They were so nice and so professional to the customers that even some other many other customers felt comfortable enough to dine outside and really enjoy their meals around such amazing professional chefs and restaurateurs.

Read moreThe lack of management and service dining in on this location was truly appalling last night. Not only did my drive from my work take double the amount it usually would because of one stoplight, but ordering in line here last night took more than 20 minutes of my 30 minute break.
Orders were coming in too quickly, line was nearing out the door, and bags at checkout were being mishandled. I can call out Asia for smiling and laughing while not taking her job seriously, as the flow of orders were getting mixed up because of her lack of communication with the team.
The chef on duty was disgustingly sucking out phlegm through her nose in front of me at checkout and handed me the wrong bag that was for a DoorDash order. I got back to my work shift with no break time left and not my order that I wanted to eat.
This made me extremely defeated because all I wanted was my food after working for 6 hours without a break. Luckily, my manager on duty was kind enough to let me go back to this location on company time to get my food.
And this morning, I’ve been having stomach issues from what I ate last night as it was the only thing I ate last night in over 12 hours and now I’m late to work while trying to not feel nauseous enough to go in to work today.

Read moreI rated this location with a 5 star for food because the food is usually always flavorful. Lately, I've been very braggadocious about this location until last week, May 29th, and today! I spoke too soon! I've been to Piada enough to know some of their procedures and last week my salmon was tossed into my bowl and not served in a stainless steel dish as usual! Oh lets not forget afterwards she went back to playing in her ponytail and phone. Today, the staff ran their MOUTHS so much I had to repeat my order to the young lady 4 times. My garlic dough= burnt One bowl in my order didn't have what I asked for so she slid it across to herself only for the food to fall out of the bowl and onto the counter. At that point I walked out! I don't believe customers like their food being played over or with. I am all for enjoying yourself at work but when there's guests in the lobby, that HAS to be your focus! Then when you clear the guests out, carry on with your conversation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I noticed both times there was not a chef present!
