My husband and my visit to Levin Mattress started out as an information gathering visit as we began researching the purchase of a new mattress. Because of Meg Hindes, it ended up being the best purchasing experience we have ever had! We assumed weād look at a bunch of mattress and ask what the differences were. Instead, Meg asked the questions. She wanted to learn about us, what our needs were, wanted to see how each of us slept, and asked what problems we had when sleeping. Meg acted more like an interested healthcare professional than a sales person. I get uncomfortably hot when sleeping and also canāt find a comfortable sleeping position. Meg first chose the ideal pillows for each of us; the one she provided me had a cool-touch cover. (I bought that one, brought it home and love it. What we feared would be a long and difficult process turned out to be a delightful afternoon learning literally everything we needed to know to be comfortable with our final decision.
Camille's lovely personality and true love of her job helping customers was a major factor in turning the outing into a wonderful process making our decision. Another is Levin's generous programs that allow subsequent easy and relatively inexpensive "trade's" if our first (or even second) choice does not completely satisfy us. This level of dedication to pleasing customers is not common among retail establishments and will lead us to highly recommend your store to friends and to return to Levin's for future needs for home...

We bought a serta icomfort mattress that after a year of use is defective. You came and inspected the mattress and determined it was defective. But you wont honor the sale you were having at the time of purchase and because we couldn't wait for you to have another sale again because you gave only a 30 day window to select a new mattress our options were. A. pick a mattress based on price and of lesser quality(the store manager said it was a comparable mattress and it in no way is comparable after further research or B. Spend 500-1000 more to get a comparable mattress because you sold us a defective one. We feel punished by you and warranty. And we are now stuck with a mattress that we cant get a good...
