Rule #1.. If you actually care about your business that Im sure you tried so hard for.. Hire better employees! And maybe follow up on at least one bad review to offer some type of resolution!? Do you even bother to check your reviews? Obviously not! Bad business! I will not be back for that reason alone! Absolutely terrible service! Could not have been worse! Maybe the worst order ever!? I did have a larger order which I placed using the app that I picked up through the drive through. There were a total of 12 actual items missing on top of misc. which is completely unacceptable. I ordered a cobb salad with extra cheese eggs etc, and it came with no chicken, no bacon, no eggs, and barely any cheese etc. How do you forget all of the meat and everything else on a $12 Cobb salad? Pretty much lettuce and a couple of tomatoes.. Like really?? The other salad was missing ingredients also, and both salads had the wrong dressing. I just cant understand. Complete carelessness. The sandwiches were sloppily made. The soups werent filled all the way. I paid for a chocolate croissant but they were out so they chose to give me a cookie instead without even seeing if that was ok with me. Then they refused to give me a refund for the missing croissant, so I got charged for two and I only received one. They could genuinely have cared less and even found it amusing. I dont know how people can make that many mistakes and then do nothing to rectify the situation, but instead only say and do things that make matters worse. If I made that many mistakes at my job I wouldnt have one. Step your game up and maybe try caring just a little. People work hard for their money and to be so sloppy and careless with peoples food and have an attitude on top of that is unpolished and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Its not rocket science do better. And do you think that Panera reached out as they absolutely should have? Of course not Smh. I guess they could care less too. I prefer Starbucks and Piada anyways! Read moreUnfortunately the the attitude of the staff out weighs the rest of the experience. My wife and I visited there this morning for a quick bite before heading to work. First there's a big sign on the cashier station stating to "USE KIOSK FOR ORDERING". Ok so not a bad thing I guess so we go over to the kiosk to order just find out that 7 out of 10 items are "SOLD OUT". This is at 6:45 in the morning, they've been open for 15 minutes. How do you order when everything is marked sold out? So when asked why everything is sold out, we were met with a unbelievably very rude almost belligerent employee (Victoria) telling another employee to "just take their order" and stating they were "limited on folded eggs" as she walked off mumbling "it's Friday bring it on". As the rude person said they were "limited" which means they weren't out so why was everything marked sold out already? Shouldn't they at least wait until they are "sold out " ? Can't you cook more eggs and "fold them"? Are you out of eggs? There's a Giant Eagle across the street. Did the person responsible for ordering supplies not know they were out of stock? It wasn't a hard problem to remedy.
Victoria understand customers are what enables a restaurant to be open because without sales there isn't money to pay your salary and the other expenses associated with a restaurant. When you give a rude belligerent attitude toward a customer that is asking an legitimate question it tends to drive those paying customers away to other businesses. Do you not realize there is a new breakfast place open just down the street. I hope you're not the manager and if you are this would explain some of the other reviews on this location.

Read moreWhere do I start! Lawshawnte is by far the rudest and ugliest personality ever in the restaurant industry. I have no idea as to why she is working there with a piss poor attitude. I go every week 1x mostly either fridays or wensday. Every time I come through, she doesn’t listen very well. She doesn’t say hi when I am at the window. I asked about 8xs for yogurt parfait and her snooty attitude which is also lazy doesn’t have it made ( when she works) I get to the window and just grabs my credit card with no coummication. Nothing at all. She hands me the food and no eye contact, nothing. I actually am very tired of her being so nasty. I will be calling HR, corporate and anybody I can to get her fired. Listen lady pump your breaks and change your attitude on life.
After work today I called the better business bureau, HR department and the store and the cafe customer service.
After being on the phone with her coworker! Was informed she, of all people is the manger. The lady who answered the phone knows how her attitude is. The answer I got was that lashawnte has been talked to many times from her staff! They get blown off from her and they as well have complained, talked to her about it. I will be confronting her about it as well.
She should get a job with evs department or a garbage company with the work ethics that she has. I have never ever felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable in a restaurant where I spend my money.
