Venture Out offers it all. This is my twentieth year here. I can't believe how lucky I was to have found a perfect place to retire. Over the years I have done it all at one time or another. Like most I first came here still working and transitioned into find meaning outside of my career. Whether it is dancing in the ball room or working out in a state of the art fitness room you can be sure your health will improve. Not a nice experience, if you come after 2.00 pm the security guard give you access with not explanation of the facilities, t.v or internet passwords if any...., the offices are closed after that hour on week days regardless what is advertised of working hours, my trip was work related, they advertise internet, well get ready to find outdated services all the way around, the place is under the administration of senior citizens retired that work there with no clue about how to connect to internet, passwords or guide you in anyway with needed technology on these days, needless to say the big problem working from my motor home with not connections that all, the circumstances forced me to move to a hotel, I was misguided by the word "Resort" to find out there is a lot of junk out in most of the houses scattered inside, and restrooms with an odor and not very clean. If you are working and need internet this is not your place, do not get fooled by the nice website is...

Venture Out has a welcoming committee with a six person golf cart. These volunteers of park residents take visitors to the many arts and crafts workshops that VO has continously improved over the years. The on-site reality agency does a nice job of showing interested buyers a variety of park models with a range of prices, ages, and locations in the park.||The facilities were spotless, very well maintained, and in excellent repair. I was told that the community center has the biggest and nicest ballroom dance floor for Friday live music dances, which are open to the public. The property has two swimming pools with hot tubs, many tennis courts and new pickle balls courts which are now away from the residential area.||From the folks in the Administrative Office to the ones in the Activity Office, I found all to be well-informed, friendly, and welcoming.
