Jailhouse Suites — Hotel in Miami Township

My Husband and I spent the weekend in the Union Cottage Master Suite for my birthday, and I absolutely LOVED it! It was so cozy and clean, and all of the details were well thought out. We happened to be there on one of the coldest nights of the year so far, so the floor stayed a bit cold while the furnace was working hard to keep up. I think it would've handled it better in 30+ degrees, but the electric fireplace heater definitely helped keep the temperature high enough for comfort!

The cottage felt very private even though it was right in-town. We did not find alot of things to do in downtown Yellow Springs that we were interested in, but I didn't mind at all because I would've been completely happy with spending all of our time in the cottage! In fact, I was very sad to only be able to spend one night.

I am very eager to come back and stay again in the very near future - it definitely made it in my top 5 favorite B&B's list that I have ever visited! Definitely...

Excellent place to say with multiple generations or friends Yellow Springs is a great place to visit, but lodging is difficult to find in town when you are traveling with a family or friends. We had my elderly mother and four adult children with us. We had two rooms, the spaces are studio apartments with kitchen, dinette, and bath. We LOVED the charm of the buildings and rooms. Bob (owner), sends reminders with the key code, checks in via text to welcome you and offers food/sightseeing suggestions. It was very good experience. Clean rooms, quiet and well stocked, very comfortable beds, it was simply a great experience. I strongly recommend this lodging space. It also has a great history. The Tower however, is on a 2nd floor with stairs. The space is also within a short walk to the farmers market...

Both the Jailhouse Tower Suite and Union Bungalow were perfect for what I needed. I stayed several nights at Jailhouse Tower. Both had everything I needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Both places were clean and safe, located in a quiet residential area. There's a lovely outdoor sitting area for both. At the Union Bungalow Suite, I got to meet the lovely guests next door. We invited each other in to see the other option and we both commented how attractive and appealing both places are. The shower pressure was great, plenty of windows and natural light, really perfect for a short stay. Both beds were super comfortable and I had a really great sleep. I was so glad I chose these two options to stay in Yellow Springs. I will definitely return and stay...
