Everything great for a while, however the last 2 times here, the washers don’t ring out the clothes and you can squeeze water out of them. Contacted the person on the number listed he said he uses them and no issues and he don’t get complaints. I said well this is the second time for me, and the lady on the other line was able to ring her clothes out as well. Another woman spoke up and said it has happened to her as well. I told him I won’t be back and he will most likely start losing other customers because of this. He said he will reimburse however I declined as I won’t be returning. Then there is the matter of needing to dry the clothes and it costing a lot more due to how wet the clothes are. Very disappointed as I liked coming here. I drive to YS to do my laundry because its clean, it is $.50 cheaper a load to wash than where I live, and its almost all quality top load/agitator machines! I do not like front loader machines at all. The only complaint is there is no bathroom. If you need to use the facilities, you must go to the visitor's center(very clean) down the road. Yes, you have to leave and go down the road a little ways. Not very practical or convenient! And they are(visitor's center) only open till 8pm. If you have to go potty after that, you are out of luck as YS doesn't have ANY public bathrooms to use. You've been...

We rent a place a couple miles away, and depend on this location to be able to work laundry into our irregular schedules. Late at night, or in the early morning hours this laundry is a welcoming experience that I can feel safe leaving a load unattended for an hour to run my morning errands. The machines are very clean & tidy. Everything you need is available inside consistently(aside from the pop machine 😅).

Since the ATM machine was installed, even the quarter machine has been reliable.
