Super-Fly Comics & Games is one of the best comic shops I have ever been to--and I've been to many! Owner Tony Barry and manager Jared Whittaker are two of the hardest working men in the comics biz and they offer a diverse selection of both mainstream super hero funny books and several independent gems. They're more than happy to make a recommendation too! They frequently have sales & FREE in store performances with Nerdcore artists such as Adam WarRock, Mikal kHill, Tribe One, Sulfur, Mega Ran, SkyBlew, Sammus, & Brental Floss to name a few--why just this week the Super Guitar Bros, Juice Lee and Professor Shyguy were here for a show! The Super-Fly guys definitely are SUPER in terms of customer service and comic book selection. And if they don't have it, they're more than happy to order it for you! They do Magic: The Gathering tournaments every week & have a great subscription pull file service. And the "& Games" isn't just talk! Superfly is hands down, one of the finest comic shops I've ever been in. I've been getting my comics from Tony and Jared nearly since they opened and they've always been really helpful in recommending books and series' that I've really loved. These guys turned me on to the likes of Preacher, The 6th Gun and The Walking Dead (well before it was a show). They've never shied away from special ordering any of the crazy stuff I found in Previews, or from taking the time to crack wise with me. Their nerdcore shows are really awesome as there's few other places to see that kind of entertainment in the area and their game events offer nerds of all stripes a chance to congregate for MTG, Heroclix or tabletop/board gaming. I love this shop. The guys that run it are friendly and cool. They have taken the time to listen to my interests so they can guide me to comics that I have wound up becoming obsessed with. They have often been spit on with their recommendations and I really appreciate that.

Aside from the comics, the owner is gracious enough to let people use his space to come geek out, chill, and play games. It is a lot of fun and it really makes the shop more inviting.
