I booked this hotel through Expedia and between the booking and my confirmation the dates got switched. I called the hotel spoke with Maggie who then gave me Expedia customer service and was told to call them that since I used a 3rd party service I would have to call and have them change it. Easy enough NOT. Called expedia they called the hotel because they were not authorized to change is as PER HOTEL POLICY is what I was told, so Expedia asked if I knew who told me to call them I said Yes Maggie. Then Expedia tried to talk to Maggie at the hotel and they said she was off until tomorrow they asked to speak to a manager and was told MAGGIE(same name I spoke to)is the manager and she is off, so then me being me said well how did I speak to Maggie or know the name maggie if she was off, but answered the phone and gave me Expedia customer service number? I said to Expedia just refund my money because the hotel is planning a game I spoke to Maggie who you verified worked there and they said was the manager and obviously gave me the number hence our conversation and of course Expedia can't the hotel has too. Long story short I was told to cancel my room so I was not on the NS list because then a possible refund was out of the questions. SO we canceled. Expedia asked for a refund and the first email was that if I rebook at this hotel then I would get a refund because I rebooked (BUT THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE MY DATES WHEN ASKED AND THEN THEY STILL WOULD OF GOTTEN MY MONEY INSTEAD OF ME DRIVING A 7 HOUR ROUND TRIP IN 1 DAY), I told Expedia that's not good enough that I wanted to still be at their hotel but they refused to change the dates, so why would I want to rebook?? Now I get an email that they (hotel) are still holding tot the original policy but they were willing to give my money back to rebook which then they would get the refunded money back anyways. NEVER USE THIS HOTEL IF YOU NEED FLEXIBLE PLANS OR GOD FORBID SOMETHING HAPPENS ON THE BOOKING SITE YOU WILL BE POOP...
Read moreBooked a pet friendly hotel all to find out it was only partially pet friendly. Upon check in we were told that our dog was not allowed to stay in the room by itself. Any other hotel that means it has to be crated. I crated him and we left to get dinner after being 7 hours in the car and the two front desk ladies came chasing us down while driving in the parking lot to ask if we left our dog and tell us we had to remove him. They told us that the dog couldn’t even be in the room in a crate and we had to take him. My family was there for a wedding and I had to take my dog and put it in my car for hours while I was at the wedding all because this “pet friendly” hotel was not very pet friendly at all. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was pet friendly and it was a huge inconvenience that could have been avoided if this hotel was honest about their pet policy up front.
Additionally, both nights in the hotel people were smoking weed outside that was coming in through the room AC while I had my 3 children in the room. I called the front desk to let them know and they said “oh yea I’m sorry about that I will go tell them to stop” as if they already knew it was going on. And it was clear they knew because it was happening right outside the dining area door which is in eyesight of the front desk. I went and checked myself where it was coming from before calling.
Last, the shower hardly worked and just dribbled water out of it making it impossible to get a shower.
The front desk staff when I arrived were extremely rude about the whole dog situation. Most of the others while we were there were mostly pleasant. I was also not super thrilled about people doing drugs at night both nights we were there especially with kids. It was an overall unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with...

I called ahead before arriving and was greeted by a very chipper (especially for midnight) gentleman named Kane. I was informed of pricing and availability and discount rates. For a single queen, the rate was $76 per night.
The hotel looks to have been recently built, with how extremely clean and new everything appeared. The chipper voice on the phone from earlier was owned by the brightly smiling, (again... midnight) young man working behind the reception counter. He finished booking us in very quickly, and offered us complimentary cookies, hot chocolate and tea.
The hot chocolate is Swiss Miss, and delicious.
We took the elevator up to our third story room and were met with an immaculate bathroom, fresh linens, clean and working microwave, television, refrigerator, and hair dryer. Toiletries were provided, though we didn't need them, and there was a sign offering anything else that may have been forgotten.
The water pressure and temperatures were excellent. The room AC worked wonderfully and didn't smell.
If I was forced to say anything that wasn't super positive, I would say the fire alarm LED which flashed every 10 seconds was like a little mini sun... but that only really bothered my thin-skin eye-lidded wife.
The complimentary continental breakfast was stellar, offering the flipsy-daisy waffle maker, bagels, biscuits and the usual assortment of cereals and juices. While enjoying the breakfast, the staff were keen to ask if there was anything else they could offer before putting the food away.
In closing, super friendly staff, free wifi, great rooms at a great price. Would definitely stay again, and am openly advising anyone passing through looking for a place to stay to look here for...
