With the exception of check in, the entire stay was a disaster. The check in was easy. When we entered the room, the stench of old marijuana smoke was so strong until it gave us headaches. We reserved a double queen room. At best, the beds were full sized, but definitely NOT queen. You could feel the springs in the thin mattresses. When we turned down the bed, there were little bits of tobacco (or possibly the marijuana that we were smelling) on the fitted sheet. The tub was extremely slippery and my mother-in-law fell while showering. The towels were thin, worn and rough. The hinge area on the toilet seat looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The AC did not work, it only made noise and circulated the marijuana odor. Breakfast was ok. There was not a lot of variety. Your choices were cereal or waffles, milk, juice or coffee. Needless to say, we each had waffles. After eating our waffles, we returned to brush our teeth again and the pipe beneath the sink came apart and began to flood the tile area around the sink. I had to put towels down to absorb it. My husband went to the front desk for more towels and reported the multitude of issues to the morning clerk, to which she only replied, "Ok", handed him two washcloths and walked away from the desk. Due to us deciding at the last minute to drive up the night before our daughter's college graduation, we were unable to secure rooms at other/better hotels because they were full. We know because we would've left if we could've found vacancies for the occupants of our room and our travel companions who experienced the same stale marijuana smoke odor, filthy facilities and roaches. Fortunately there were none in our room. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. The service and property leave a lot to be desired.
NONE OF OUR CONCERNS WERE ACKNOWLEDGED, ADDRESSED OR CORRECTED (with the exception of the key card. The young lady that checked us in apologized and reprogrammed our travel companions' room key.) The only response was a dismissive, "Ok" from the morning clerk before she walked away...

Read moreIt was very clean and spacious, the worst thing was the beds! We got a double bed and they were too small for my wife and I to sleep together so she slept with our daughter who is 3 and still didn't have enough room. They should put two queen beds in a double room.the mattresses were cheap with springs so we woke up with sore backs and hips from feeling the springs all night. They don't have satellite TV so the channels weren't the best but doable. The towels were thin and crisp so they literally hurt when drying off. The breakfast was descent but when I told the girl the gravy was gone she didn't get up to fix more she just sat there on her phone. It wasn't a horrible stay however for $78 it could have been...
