Breaker Drive-In — Restaurant in Monticello

My girlfriend stopped through here while in town and ordered a plain cheeseburger and cheese fries. The guy came out with the food and didn't say a single word, just handed her the food and walked away! The burgers are tiny, she has tiny hands and you can see the size of it in her hand, even the "meat" patty was undersized compared to the bun and not to mention (but I will anyways) it was cold and dry!! You can see that they put bacon on it and did a poor job of covering it up...a piece of bacon still on it. Her cheese fries, here's a shocker..., no cheese lol. This place is a joke and I can't possibly imagine how the hell it has such a high rating! From the cold, dry, undersized "meat" patty down to the incredibly poor and lazy, bad attitude having service!! I will tell everyone I know that goes to Monticello to stay far away from this place! Needless to say, but it'll be fun to say anyways, she drove to burger king and threw the Breaker joke of a "burger" out the window and order a FAR superior whopper with cheese. Wow, how is this place still in business...seriously, how?!?

Edit: Just to emphasize more of our distaste of the poor quality...the burger she ordered was a 1/2 lb burger but you don't have to be a chef or even be there in person with a scale in hand to clearly see in the picture that this could never have ever, not even ever once have ever, been a 1/2 lb burger...

Make sure there's no flies in your burgers. I bout barfed up the whole days meals after chewing on a fly in my dinner meal. I'm not a fly eater but I chewed it for awhile before spitting it out whole as if it had been frozen or placed in there intentionally. Pretty much I'm saying the fly didn't just land there before the bun was placed on top of it. I am a master fly killer so I know how fragile they are and how quick they can be slpit. The fly in my burger was not a fresh one to say the least. If you're looking for a sanitary meal from cooks that take pride in the food they serve this is not the place for you. 2 stars only because there are some items that they cannot tamper with so easily for whatever disgusting reason the cooks may have. If I were the manager Breakers would be the talk of the town...

So I don't know what is going on but I went to Breaker in Monticello today and I tried to place my order. The attendant was very rude, started taking the order and then shut the mic off. They did not finish our order. So we figured it was a mechanical malfunction. Pushed the button again and got an even more rude person that did take the order and charged way more than usual. A $17 and change order ran $25???? Really?!?! You need more staff or classes to teach customer service to your staff. It is crazy. I work in customer service everyday and I maintain a great standing with my customers. I gave them one star because the food is usually really...
