This place is beyond dirty and grimey. My partner & I got a king size room after 3 days in the forest camping. We were excited to check in, take showers & hit the slots. When we got to our room door and opened it a strong scent of BO wafted at us. The carpet was strained and so dirty we wore our shoes in the room. There was food, crumbs and garbage around the room in varies places. Dust so thick on the side tables you could spell your name in it. In the bathroom there were stains on the floor that could have been easily wiped up by maids service. One of the curtains was broken. Honestly can't even believe we made it thru the night without leaving. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Its a total dump!!!!! When we returned home we made sure to shower right away & washed everything we brought to the hotel, didnt want to take any chances. Also if you plan on drinking at the casino I recommend you drink beer because if you order a mixed drink let's say like a whiskey & coke, you're going to get a glass of coke with a splash of whiskey in it. We've been calling trying to get a hold of management since our stay, we have been given the run around for the past 2 days. When we call we are told were getting transfered to the managers voicemail in which there isn't one it just rings continuously. Front desk staff are very stand offish when asked to speak to management, seems like theyre not willing to help. We will NOT be returning here ever. *****Update: Got a hold of the hotel manager who was very kind & polite. She was very apologetic & gave a full refund back to our card.

This Sunday /Monday July 9-10th, we stayed on the top /12th floor, suite #1271 or #1217, I can't remember, but my friend got the room upgrade. The suite was huge! It had a little fridge, microwave, little sink, ice bucket, coffee maker with a few packets of coffee, a wall mirror, several closets, a sofa, chair, coffee table & 2 end tables w/lights (that had lighting w/25 watt bulbs?) , table/desk & separate chair w/desk lamp(poor lighting again), armoire with TV. THEN! In the bedroom, a king size bed, 4 pillows, 2 nightstands, armoire with TV, 2 bedside lamps, 1 tall lamp, a HUGE bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, 2 sinks. Bed was great, and I sleep in an adjustable bed at home, so this was excellent! We couldn't hear anyone else, if there was anyone else next door. I can't attest to price, because I don't know it, but the bed was comfy. The sofa and chair were not super comfy (we played cards for a couple hours in our room, so it was uncomfortable to sit, and I'm not some elderly person! ). And the lighting was poor.. Again, we played cards, so just be aware. I felt like they could have put a higher watt bulb in the living room area, just my opinion. All in all, a great hotel, very nice employees, clean areas, great food to be had. I'm not a big gambler, so I stayed and read in the room a portion of the night. Here are 35+ photos for you to enjoy!

Hotel Review - Room 616 Experience I recently stayed in Room 616, which was clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was a broken bed frame. While we didn’t report it because the hotel was fully booked and we knew we wouldn’t get any resolution, the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable either, and it made for a less-than-ideal sleep experience. On a positive note, the blackout curtains were a fantastic touch! They helped create a dark, quiet environment for a more restful night, which was much appreciated. The pool area looked beautiful, but the chlorine levels were so high that as soon as you entered the area, your eyes started burning. It definitely impacted our ability to enjoy the pool, which was disappointing. One more issue to note was the confusion regarding the pet policy. When I made my reservation, I was told pets were allowed, but upon arrival, I learned that this wasn’t the case. Thankfully, I managed to find someone to watch my dog at the last minute, but it could have been a real problem if I hadn’t. Overall, while the room was nice, the issues with the bed, pool, and the pet confusion made this stay less than perfect.

Hotel is in Renovation at this time. Made reservations on phone. Confirmed email. Yet no email came through w confirmation info. I called 2 more times over a couple days. Still no email to confirm reservations. Got to hotel on check in. 1 room ready, had to wait for other. Rooms initially look nice. Then you get in. NO chairs in rooms. Called front desk. They confirmed no chairs for new rooms. A little table in corner. And built in corner seat in room. Very difficult to position table by built-in seat. Only one person can sit at table. No Kleenex in room/ bathroom. Had to call. Refrigerator was dirty and had left over food from who ever was in that room prior or who knows how long.i called staff. But I ended up cleaning refrigerator out so I could use it. Initially saw no hair dryers. Found later wrapped in black cover , tucked under sink , pushed way back. Couldn't see it at all. Only found it , when I dropped comb on floor and went under bathroom sink. Then I saw this black bag. Did I see and open it. Put it out so guests can see there is a hair dryer. And lighter colored bag/ cover w large print words saying hair dryer. The new rewards center is now on an upper level. You have to walk up a couple steps. Yes there are 2 ramps to walk up. But many people that have difficulty walking and doing steps and those w walkers , canes or other walking devices, had a very difficult time getting up ramp, against gravity. Some guest were observed getting someone else to go for them. Going down would be worse. That's a shame you couldn't just leave at same level. Only people I saw going up Ramps , was those on motorized scooters.and only on one side as other side was a sharp turn. The rewards center for promotions is very small in back. Not nearly as roomy as old space to stock promotional giveaways. Spoke to other guests staying at hotel. They noted same thing about the rooms and hotel. . And others staying on other side of hotel hall. Said their rooms had no refrigerator or microwave at all. The staff said , those rooms weren't technically done, yet but were told to put people in to fill rooms. NOTE: all new bathrooms now have tub showers vs just shower stalls. Except handicap rooms( only limited few available).. This was not safe. These tubs had NO non skid bottoms. Nothing to hold on to. Big safety risk. I almost fell and my other family member couldn't step over well and did slip, thankfully didn't fall. We had to put a towel on tub bottom. Another issue was, making the beds in the rooms. These new mattresses are double covered , making it more difficult and much increased time and effort to make and tuck in the bedding. This adds increased time for house keepers to make beds and get rooms turned over for next guest. This should be looked at. These are just a few things noted. I tried to talk to managers. No one available . No one wanted to take ownership. Wrong names given. Some said , mgr will be in next day. Only to discover they were off and not back for a few days. It's horrible for floor staff to have to deal w all this. They aren't kept in loop or updated. If people making these room renovation decisions /changes would have talk to floor staff in working ALL areas renovated and who see and talk to the guests that stay at the hotel, may have had better informed insight into needs and safety to improve...

Table Floor Managers are rude and profiling peoples due to their clothes attire, if you are wearing a hoodie, mask and sunglasses they judge you and call security on you to humiliated you in front of people by making a scene, which force you to leave, even though I have been a regular every other weekends, booked so many hotel stay, won Big Jackpot there even took pictures wearing mask and sunglasses no problem last year. I was so embarrassed by the Floor manager (Ricky) asking me to remove my hoodie and security names Anthony and Cassandra. We were there last night Feb 15th around 6:45pm order our drinks, they ask me to show my ID which I did no problem and pull my mask down quick to show. Which I had no problem, then my husband went to play a double deck $25 hand blackjack game, I was standing next to him watching no problem, even the Floor manager at the side table has no problem with me wearing my hoodie, sunglasses and mask on. It seems like he knew my husband and they had a good conversation. Then things turns when sour when I went to the other side table to play 4 deck $25 a hand blackjack. That's when I was being Profile and judge by that Floor manager Ricky and he called security (Anthony and Cassandra) on us, creating an hostile scene where all eyes was on us like we did something wrong. All my husband ask if there is a Policy for dress code stating if we can't wear Hoodie,Mask and sunglasses. RICKY the Floor manager said he don't need to show us any Policy, knowing that he don't have such policy for it to validate himself. That is BS, I am going to pursue legal and wish this don't happen to any other people of Colors, Minority and LGBT...
