The wife n I was here to celebrate a special occasion, but the only thing we talked about was how poor the service was. We had a 7:30 reservation, we got there at 7:20. The place wasn't too busy, I say probably half full and looked like there were plenty servers. Was nice cause we were seated right away and given our drink and food menus. What followed was 20 mins of not meeting our server or even an acknowledgement of us being there, we didn't even get a glass of water. There were plenty of servers walking past our tables and servicing the other tables around us. We watched as other tables, ordered their drinks, received there drinks, ordered their apps, and received it, with in the 20 mins we waited patiently. We thought could it be due to the color of our skin, that we were being dismissed, we seemed and felt out of place, after all we were the only asians in the the restaurant. Not suggesting anything, but all the other tables were receiving their food and drinks, while we waited for over 20 mins without even a glass of water. Growing frustrated, I stopped a worker and ask to speak to the manager, another 10 mins went by, and he came out, I explanained the situation to him, he said he would look into it, not one word of acknowledgement or an expression of apologies at all. After five mins, he came back out and poured us water, and took our drink and food orders. We now had a glass of water after 35 mins of waiting, wow! Now things were moving along as they should. The drinks and the food was ok. I ordered the porterhouse and the wife the ribeye, both at medium rare. They were cooked just right, but both steaks were underseasoned. Also not as tender as I thought they should be too. Don't get me wrong, the steaks were ok, just not upscale steak house quality, I say they were probably somewhere between Applebees and Outback Steakhouse. Wasn't expecting Manny's or Murray's but was expecting a better than Outback or Texas Roadhouse quality and experience. After we reived our steaks, the manager came back out and gave some excuses and apologized. We definitely would not come back here or recommend this place due to the bad service and...

Easy to cancel thou. We had an appetizer and entree Walleye & Chicken Marsala. Both were excellent. We had a great server, Kathy, so attentive. Great service, great food, good price. Read moreSAVE YOUR MONEY!! Had dinner special ribs with fries and a jalapeno corn bread muffin and cold slaw. Highly disappointed and angry 😡😡 I was excited to eat here. Looked clean and cozy. Got food.....ribs were a very poor grade of meat. Ribs looked horrible and gross, cornbread was like eating a nature valley granola bar....( Nothing but crumbs)! Cold slaw as good. Fries were the fries that are at the bottom of the bag....(bits and pieces)!!! Also over cooked! The ribs were those fake ribs that have stamped on grill marks, full of FAT, and amazingly surprise it still was dry!! Like they had been sitting out all day. Saw neighbors ribs they were BIG and looked decent. Sauce was mid grade but didn't have enough on my ribs to really taste it. Looked like a Mc Rib but tasted worse!! Waitress didn't care. Watched table next to me and their waitress was FABULOUS!! They got wet wipes to clean their hands and plenty of them. I asked for the same then and she tossed me one!! I asked for more she gave us 1 more and said that's all we get. Neighbors gave us some of theirs. Then our neighbors stood up for me and called a manager over and told them to fix my food.... 😂 Lol they brought me a slab of FAT W/ BONES!! WASNT COOKED AND JUST EMBARRASSING PEOPLE WERE LAUGHING BUT DISGUSTED!! Got manager she was super nice and saw what I got and couldn't believe her eyes 👀 she had it fixed and even gave me more wet wipes!! 😂😂 I got my ginger ale out my purse because I was never offered a drink or water. I was parched from trying the jalapeno corn muffin....was like eating a MRE cracker!! Sucked all the hydration out my body!! I even offered to help them out on how to make them or I could show them.....she said they are not made there!! So basically its not a GRILL HOUSE ....ITS A MICROWAVE...
