The Best Hotel Stay Ever – Truly Unforgettable!

Our family of four (two adults, two teens) just had the most incredible stay at the "Love is Here to Stay" suite, and I can confidently say it was hands down the best hotel experience we've ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely wowed by Bobby and Kezia's warm welcome and the spacious layout, which made us feel right at home. The suite itself is luxurious, featuring two absolutely gorgeous bathrooms, and the view from the suite is breathtaking!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding and linens were top-notch. And let me tell you about the breakfasts — they were next level! I’ve visited bakeries around the world, and the homemade baked goods served here were above and beyond!

One of the highlights of this property is its perfect location: just a short walk to Morro Rock and the beautiful beaches, along with fantastic restaurants. We also loved spending time in the common room, playing games, relaxing, and watching TV — such a nice option to have!

Let me wax rhapsodic about Morro Bay's delightful boutique inn, Rhapsody In View! I scoured the internet searching for reasonably priced accommodation along the Central California Coast. My search paid off when I found Rhapsody in View. Our room was gorgeous, with its art deco elegance and a great view of the ocean. Such attention to detail! Despite being right off of Hwy. 1, the room was extremely quiet. We slept like baby lambs. No doubt the luxurious linens on the bed and in the spacious bathroom contributed to our comfort. As a special Valentines Day surprise, we were met with fresh red roses and heart shaped krispy treats on the spacious entry table. Not to mention the home made pink macarons and individual flourless chocolate cakes waiting for us in the refrigerator!

Our hosts, Bobby and Kezia, who also own and built the hotel with Bobby's parents, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We enjoyed delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts and sunny views in the Harmony Hall dining room. Bobby's and Kezia's enthusiasm & obvious pride in what they have built together made for great conversations.

We've been coming to Morro Bay for years, and were looking for a new place to stay. Rhapsody in View provided a perfect experience--I can't imagine that there's a nicer place to stay in the area. The rooms are new, clean, and beautifully decorated in an "art deco" style which I love. They're unusually well and carefully appointed--I loved the jacuzzi style bathtub! The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The highlight of our stay was the homemade breakfast each day, which included a delicious egg fritatta (we were able to pick the ingredients each day), toast with phenomenal homemade jam, and the best scones and blueberry muffins we've ever tasted! Once again, I've not had a better breakfast in Morro Bay. In the afternoon for tea time they also served amazing homemade cake and cookies (as I told my husband "One thing is for sure, we have been well fed."). Crazily, the breakfasts and treats are all complementary. The hotel is located conveniently in relation to downtown and the other places in Morro Bay we like to go. It's owned and run by a lovely family, and we were happy to meet them at breakfast. In every way, they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and special. I can't recommend this...
