This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Will be back again next time we are in town. Pros - pet friendly for a $10 fee (with free treats on the counter whenever she wanted one) Comfortable bed & pillows Free cookies in the evening for humans Lovely rooms, breakfast area, and check in Professional & kind staff, smooth check in Very clean And my gosh, breakfast was amazing! Hot and cold options. We had options of French toast with raisins, breakfast burritos, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, 4 kinds of cold cereal, hot oatmeal with options of things to put in it. Really nice for a continental breakfast. Better then a restaurant! It’s right off the main road but the hotel is well insulated and we didn’t hear a thing. Also large open field behind the hotel to take the dog to walk.

Cons Our shower head wasn’t the best, water sort of converged to one stream verses jets but temperature and pressure was good. Also our internet glitched a couple times (doing a live auction) but that could have been...

This was a delightful experience. A friend and I stayed here after the Jack Johnson concert at the Gorge - planned ahead to stay rather than drive 2 hrs home. Check in is 2pm which is early, which is just what we wanted. It was so much lovelier than I expected with a motel next to the highway interchange. Got a great rate with AARP discount, the room and bathroom was super nice, beds very comfortable, really quiet, decent breakfast. And on top of all that, I remembered when I got home Sunday afternoon that I left my iPhone charger in the room. I called and the lady at the desk went right away to check and let me know it was there, got my information and said it would be mailed the next day. On Tuesday it arrived, along with the headlamp I had also left in the room and didn't even realize it. Nona and Alice were both super helpful, friendly and took care of my mistake for me so...

We chose this hotel not only for the rate but for the Amenities. When traveling with small kids, free breakfast is a must. And the breakfast was definitely not continental. Many options to choose from.

The woman during check-in was excellent. Super friendly and checked us in a few minutes early. The man at check-out not so friendly.

The room was spacious and had a upgraded walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The sheets for the sofa bed are in a bag and guests will be charged if dirty sheets are put back in.

The only gripe I have is that the coffee machine was not clean at all. I attempted to use the hot water to wash around it but the gunk had been there a while. No 4am coffee for me. Other than that everything else felt clean.

We were close to 5 different fast food joints. Which is fine when we are only staying at a place for 1 night.
