Subway — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Please read before stopping here even if desperate for food!! Absolutely despicable and repulsive. I know it’s not a five star restaurant by any means but there are standards for any place serving food and they met them at half best. If i could attach an image of the vegetables i would. They were basically half decomposed. Not one container had visibly fresh products. The lettuce and cucumbers were already browning, the tomatoes were basically mush. I politely asked if I could use a coupon i received in the mail and the lady (Who i would assume is the manager) laughed at me and said no. Said manager was walking around and had an (unlit) cigarette in her hands behind the counter. Completely unsanitary. Any place to sit at a table obviously had a lack of any kind of maintenance and/or cleaning. So after i sat back in my car to eat my sandwich (which i should note i get at other locations) that I was desperate to eat, i took one bite and the veggies weren’t even close to being cold and it tasted disgusting. Threw it in the garbage where it belonged and went across the street to McDonalds. Never stopping there again even if i was about to die...

The guy was nice. However the way he made my sandwich and didn't fold it over correctly (using just his hands when you are meant to use the knife). He did not listen to me when I said I didn't want mayo. He did offer to remake it but I was not going to let the sandwich be wasted so I took it. Also my friend decided not to get a sandwich anymore because the price doubled from 2 years ago and now uses a different meat, if we wanted to use the meat that was originally on the sandwich it would cost more. I used to love this subway when I was in high school now it's just not okay. Also as a for.er Subway manager these wrong procedures are not...

The woman who helped my wife and me was fantastic and helpful. But the food was subpar. We picked up sandwiches to go around 10 am As I was eating my sandwich en route to Kennewick something tasted a little off, I thought it may have been the taste of the vinegar and oil on the Italian sub. Later that day I was feeling sluggish and began getting headaches. I had not eaten anything else the rest of the day. Around dinner time I was feeling worse.
